Mark was an excellent help, I came in because I was about to take ny driver’s test for my license down the street.. my top break light was out, now I know nothing of cars or handywork I’m more of a technology person and numbers guy? but Mark helped me out, found the bulb I needed and even installed it, he also said anyone he helps ends up passing the test.. and I did? I wanted to tip him but he refused to accept, you guys have a great man working there and I’ll never forget my experience.. and I’m not even from Muskogee?

The clerk searched his inventory to find the part that I needed and had to order it out but that's fine. It works fine for my old pickup that's great.

I was excited about how cheap my starter was. The guy that waited on me even took time to look for a tool to take my heat guard off of my old starter and put it on my new starter. I appreciated that very much!

The kids who work here are idiots. Don’t waste your time. You’ll end up wasting twice the time returning everything bc they give u the wrong item. Happened more than once. It’s every time.

Had to get the battery in my Fob changed, and they changed out the battery. Very friendly and helpful, I'll go back for any other needs.

Why is Advance more expensive than other local parts stores? Brake cleaner at Oreilly's is $3.99 and Advance is $5.49. We have 3 different part store chains in my area. Advance is the highest, on everything. Autozone is the cheapest usually $4-$5 dollars cheaper the Advance sometimes more. I know it may not sound like much but when you own a repair shop and spend several hundred dollars a day it adds up quick. Thats why I can't do business with Advance even if it is just down the street. Oreilly's and Autozone will work with me on prices but not Advance.
