Got here 5 hours early got in door loaded quickly 30 minutes waiting on paperwork maybe 30 minutes nice people and they have porta potty

No good place for delivery they took long time to unload me almost 10 hrs .worse place .no bathroom for drivers no friendly staff 0000 start

I arrived two hours before my apt. Called to check in and was told they only load reefers ( I am dry van) and to call the broker. Call broker to find out what’s going on and I’m supposed to be picking up equipment, not food so I call them back (that’s the only way to communicate with them is by phone number) and no one ever answers or calls me back. They don’t answer the broker either. I sat there for 2.5 hours and nothing.

Appointment was at 7am checked in at 8:30am got a door rightaway. 1 truck was ahead. Got loaded in an hour. Friendly staff. Precool reefer otherwise you will have to wait.

I showed up at 0530 for a 1000 appointment. They put me in the dock first and I was the first truck out. Watch your weights tho. I left just a tad over gross. Not to bad tho

Everyone bad is someone else story but this guys ara awesome in my story check in and loaded in 30 minutes -10 only one problem no restroom ?? everything all good mucho thanks to save my day have a great year for all of you guys !

I arrived a half hour before my appointment time and was loaded within two hours. Security and staff were helpful and polite.The loading process is straightforward. You call the phone number security provides and check in. Once you are given a door you partially back in. An employee will come out to verify your reefer temperature and then you’ll open your doors and fully back in. Once loaded and you have a green light you can pull forward, secure the load and close your doors. An employee will bring you the BOL and seal. When exiting security will check your BOL, seal and reefer temperature. Easy peasy.The facility grounds were clean. No garbage or weird mystery slime on the ground like most food distribution centers. This place seems top notch and I’d gladly return.

Decent wages, however some chicken can be overwhelming on the skin despite the gloves provided and some employees can be overlooked for lunch breaks when they keep the line running.

What's due, it's due, arrived 3hrs late at entrance they give you a phone number to check in, was given a door right away and was done out the door in a bit over an hour, also they open 24hrs and overnight parking also available, I know it's a lot of bad reviews but my experience wasn't that bad for been late and no late fees..

You better read the bad reviews and not the few five star reviews. There are several available doors, however I was told after being there 2 hours that it will take them three more hours before I could possibly receive a door. This is a terrible place, I'm glad this is my first and last time coming here.

It took more than 26 hours to load … bring your food and stuff … they will say wait for 2 hour and u will get call soon but have to wait till next day to get call …. U should value time … dont book appointments if u arent sure about stuff will be ready or not …. There is pilot few miles on i 40 … i didnt see any facilties for drivers
