“I took my MINI Countryman to Whistler's twice. The first time was to have them inspect my car for issues and the second time to get the work done. The employees I interacted with were professional and helpful both times. They provided the information about the issue before performing any work on the car. I had brakes and rotors replaced as well as an oil and filter change. The pricing was much better compared to the dealership, and I'm very satisfied with the work. “This location went above and beyond to help me in a really tough situation. JJ and Josh were incredible and made me a very proud customer. I had bought a battery at one of their locations out of state and when it came time to use the warranty, I found out they didn’t put in my information correctly. Luckily with the info I had and their determination, we were able to get it resolved pretty quickly and without me being made to feel like a bother. They owned the mistake that wasn’t even theirs and made it right! That’s customer service at its finest!”

“Darrell Jackson and I were in Animal House for the first time on Saturday :) We were after a LIVE FISH purchase for our newly cleaned tank and they had a wide variety of tropical fish to choose from, prices are reasonable and Cindy was very helpful too! You should stop in if you haven't been by there before, they have a lot of animals <3 We purchased 20 fish and 18 have survived, that is pretty good odds :) Thank you so much for helping us Cindy and we will be back for another haul soon! :)”

“So I have nothing but great things to say about Mark Allen Chevrolet. I first purchased a car in 2020 from them and loved it! My first experience was beautiful! Then I moved to the country and decided that I needed something more suited to gravel roads. With current gas prices I finally felt it was time to go hybrid and wanted an SUV. Since I moved out to Fort Gibson, I actually tried a few local dealers. Truly bad! Not only did they want high prices but they insulted me with the very low value they placed on my 2020 car which has been well treated. So back to the only really reliable dealer, Mark Allen Chevrolet. It was worth the 1.25 hours drive IMO. The only issue was that I had to go to the GMC shop and the finance people really irritated me with crazy errors in the numbers. It was resolved but I had to dig my heels in when saying their numbers were nearly twice what it should be. It did work out and I am happy! Kudos to Richard Prince "Prince" for being so patient with me because I had three vehicles to test drive. He also was the one to go back to Finance and explain how they were mistaken. He was in my corner for sure! I usually feel like I'm treated like a dumb "girl" who doesn't know what she's talking about But never with Mark Allen! Bonus reasons to go to them: Mark Allen is a Marine Corps veteran (like me!) who loves our country and people; and I love that they openly support the police! Anyone who has a problem with that is probably someone I wouldn't want to do business with in the first place. We should focus more on our commonalities rather than differences. No one is perfect but an ethical person is who does the right thing. These are those people. Please don't judge them for a couple of unhappy customers. Truly good people here!”

“The staff was great; polite, helpful. They came and checked my battery and alternator. Thankful both are good. Showed me how to tell if a fuse is good, both radio fuses were and rechecked my oil for me. I was right with that. They don't make you feel like an idiot for not knowing something and willing to show you how to do something. I've used them in travels in Oklahoma, Missouri, Illinois and the UP in Michigan too, always the same type of service.”

“Johnny and Vince took care of me. Not particularly fast, and $306 for two 18inch mid-grade tires but I appreciated the kind service and talking me patiently through different options. [ I normally prefer taking my business to local places whenever possible but this wasn't one of those times. (Waiting for tire service with two toddlers is no joke; and wandering around the toy section at Walmart is a lot nicer than sitting in a random waiting area.) Overall I'm satisfied and grateful for this option when I needed it. ]”
