  Bad experience. Six months after leaving, I’m still waiting for my deposit to be returned. Brenda Nettles first told me it was mailed to the wrong address. Then, she said it was being mailed that day. Now she is avoiding my calls and failing to call me back.

  Do NOT rent from this facility. I rented from Wildcat Storage for more than a year. I always paid my rent on time and paid 3 months in advance. After canceling my rental the owners lied about sending me my refund check. They owe me back rent plus the deposit. They claimed 4 different times that the check got lost in the mail. Still to this day I have never received my refund. Additionally, the facility is dirty (you have to clean it yourself when you first rent) and the lock on the gate did not function for the first few months I used the rental.
