Walked around a bit to pick up some items and when I checked out, Melissa helped me she was very kind and easy to talk too, she also got me signed up for the Walgreens rewards card, I really appreciated that since it saved me some money. I don't know how much she makes but she should definitely get a raise. Overall very nice clean store with lots of items to choose from. I'm definitely going to be a return customer.

I didn’t have a bad experience as previous reviewers left months ago…came here to do a Western Union. It was super easy and the associate with a nice teen. Came in and left within 10 mins. I cannot rate the pharmacy as I had no dealings with the pharmacy…

This by far is the Worst Walgreens in the State of Oklahoma. I've never done any bad reviews on Walgreens. The workers and pharmacy techs Absolutely Do Not Care. I placed a refill for a Rescue Inhaler 2weeks ago along with a steriod inhaler. They told me that fedex picked them up for delivery when in fact they had actually Never Filled the prescriptions and the steroid is Always out of stock. I was told by a pharmacist it was in stock today however the worker upfront did not say how long it would be to attempt to fill the prescription since they had not tried to fill them to begin with then began raising her voice in front of the pharmacist who did nothing. I just was released from the emergency room due to me not having my meds. Please Do Not Go Here Ever!!

I scheduled my covid vaccine on the 18th for today the 22nd. Get there after numerous texts and emails confirming said appt. and they are out of the vaccine. Walgreens didn’t notify me and that is rude as hell. What about people that have to schedule a ride or take off work to get the vaccine. Seriously inconsiderate for a company supposedly in the business of health and medicine. F them. They lost my business.

Fedex drop off only takes 50lb packages or less. How about letting your customers know before bringing in multiple boxes in 100 degree heat. When asked if there were any prerequisite for packages, we are told nothing with batteries. No one said anything about package weight. Possibly the worst Walgreens I've eve been to. This isn't s real drop off

Worst possible pharmacy there is. The pharmacist is rude, she also told me that you can’t withdraw from a methylphenidate - she looked really stupid when I told her that my 10 year old takes 30 mg of it. The pharmacist is clearly not trained in her “area of expertise” she needs to have her pharmaceutical license taken from her. The staff here is rude. They don’t care about children. The doctor clearly sent a new script to make sure my child had enough for a trip and the pharmacy “would not refill it” because “the refill isn’t available until 5 days from now” which in fact they had a script but refused to fill it. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT TO BE TAKEN CARE OF!

I was unable to get the pharmacist on duty’s name due to the extremely short and rude engagement I experienced with her. My son is 10 years old and has been taking Methylphendiate (Metadate) 30mg extended release capsules for over 2 years now. We have been utilizing this pharmacy to fill his prescriptions for over a year now with no issues. We have never needed to fill a prescription early in this time, his normal prescription refills fall on the first of every month. My son is going on a 15-day vacation with his grandmother to Florida to celebrate finishing another school year and due to this will be out of town when his refill is typically ready to be picked up. Due to this, I contacted his PCP and explained the situation to them and they agreed to refill his prescription early so he would not run out while on vacation. His refill was prescribed on 5/23/23 and I was instructed by his PCP to pick it up from the pharmacy on 5/25/23 so it would be as close to the typical refill date as possible. The doctor approved the request and sent it to the pharmacy. I called on 5/23/23 to confirm with the pharmacy they received the refill and had it filled, they confirmed this and I notified them I would be there on 5/25/23 to pick it up. When I went in today to pick up the prescription I was rudely told by the pharmacy technician on duty, “it’s too early to fill this. The doctor sent the refill and we have received it, but we will not fill it until the first when it’s due.” When I explained the situation to her and showed her the approved refill by the doctor I had on my phone, she disregarded it entirely and walked away to speak with the pharmacist. The pharmacist refused to speak to me directly and told the pharmacy technician to tell me that they would not refill it regardless of receiving the early refill request by the doctor. I walked away upset and called my son’s emergency line attempting to get some kind of help but due to the drug being classified as a Class-C they were unable to contact my son’s PCP after-hours. While I was on the phone with the emergency line, my spouse walked back up to the counter to speak with the pharmacist. Their encounter was the most disgusting display of disregard for a child’s well-being and mental health we have ever experienced. My spouse simply asked the pharmacist if there was anything we could do to assist our son when he experiences withdrawals from not having his medication while on vacation. The pharmacist rudely stated that “children don’t experience withdrawals from methylphenidate.” My spouse explained to her that he has experienced them in the past with medication shortages and that he takes 30mg daily which is a lot for anyone, especially a child. Her expression changed drastically when she was told the dosage he takes daily, but she still continued with there was nothing they could do and to, “just call your doctor.” If your pharmacist on duty doesn’t even know/understand that a Class-C drug can cause withdrawals when stopped “cold turkey” she should not be allowed to practice pharmaceuticals nor be allowed a license in any state. She needs to be retrained on her drugs and their side effects, customer service skills, and basic human compassion. It is my hope through this long winded explanation that she is dealt with accordingly so no other parent and child has to experience what we went through this evening. We will never fill another prescription through any Walgreens and have moved all prescriptions to another pharmacy chain. This pharmacy also needs to be associated with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) so others can easily report this kind of negligence so pharmacists and pharmacy technicians are held accountable for their actions.

This Walgreen’s is ok. I’ve had multiple issues with the photo people here. Either not able to print my order, can’t find the order, and or telling me incorrect info. I have a locket that requires a thumbnail size print, which this Walgreens said they do not do and “had never heard of”, despite having printed this size at Walgreens in the past. I went down the street to the Walgreens on 12th street who was able to print. Just repeated issues with photo here has been the biggest problem.

Worst drive thru pharmacy I've ever been to. They're slow and very rude. Any time I pick up it seems like they're mad they have to work. Making up all kinds of excuses as to why they can't pick it up. Wish I could give negative stars especially to the man working the drive thru today. Clueless and rude.
