I've been waiting 3 weeks for my prescriptions to get refilled, now there temporarily closed , what is going on in this joke of an establishment ?

I've always had bad experiences with this Walgreens, but with it conveniently close to my house I would overlook things. But today, the straw broke the camels back, most Walgreens have a sign as you drive up that they close soon a certain time for the pharmacist to go to lunch. And the pharmacist should be able to go to lunch, well, this pharmacy does not have any sign out front and we were in line to get our medication, and as we pulled up to the window she seen we were there and put the closed for lunch sign up and walked away. There is no way the Walgreens corporation sat down and decided this would be the way forward for them to go as a business model. This Walgreens needs to be closed.

I wish I could give this place a negative star. but I placed some photos back in November but they said there machine was broken or down I can't remember.n I told them to just go ahead and keep it there until it's ready and to keep me informed however they didn't even give me a call so come febuary I finally get a message in my email saying my orders have been canceled I didn't receive any notification that they have been done nor did I receive a call so I call up there talk to a manager and this all happened yesterday febuary 8th 2024 at 6:37 p.m. and they tell me well I know the photo department person was in earlier and she tried to call everybody but yeah unfortunately he gave me some excuse and I'm like okay well can I get can you just go ahead and put them back in because I need those and then they wanted me to turn around and send in the photos that they just canceled so they're already printed off first and foremost for the inconvenience of the fact of not giving me a call or even notifying me in an email or message to inform me that my pictures were ready is quite frankly they should have been calmed for the inconvenience it was to me but I still paid for all I can say is that Walgreens needs to get their stuff together because this is unexcusable and highly highly unsatisfactory in customer.

Fred and the rest of the Pharmacy staff have been extremely helpful in getting a refill on my medication that has been on backorder (worst week of the year to experience this!) After working with other locations and getting terrible customer service I had my Dr send the refill to them and I finally got what I needed; even got a call from the pharmacist explaining the best go forward strategy when it comes to getting my refills for meds that are scarce.

I had the worst experience at the pharmacy due to a worker that works in the pharmacy named Fred. He has the worst customer service. Everytime I got to the pharmacy Fred gives me a hard time. His attitude is the worst and he acts like he don't like black people. I get a racist tension from him everytime. I'm definitely going to start picking up my medications at a different Walgreens due to Fred's reckless behavior. Have a nice day.

We have called numerous time to check the status of medication and the corporate office transfers us to this store. Unfortunately, the staff hangs up each and every time. They are often closed during normal operating hours and when they are open they are unable to fill a prescription with less than 24 hours notice. I would recommend another location. The staff in the store is great but the pharmacy staff treats you as if you are a burden to their day.

Pharmacy staff are extremely rude. Expect to be treated like cattle. However, the sales floor staff are awesome. They are the reason for a two star. If not for the pharmacy the store would receive 5 stars.

The automated system has been down for 6 months causing my medications to not be refilled when needed. I have severe seizures and take three seizure medications and I have ran out of seizure meds for 6 months and then I have to wait for 4 to 7 days for a refill! This is a horrible pharmacy and when you tell them their systems down their attendance roll their eyes at you like it's your fault! I switched as of today I encourage you to do the same

Completely disappointed I go here all the time and never gotten a problem till now. I tried to get my daughters prescription and the lady at the counter told me it was cancelled when it wasn't and told me in order to get the prescription it was gonna be $45. DONT SCAM YOUR CUSTOMERS

One of the worst pharmacies - you will be there all night no matter what. They don't honour express pay so don't waste your time on that either. Just go to a different pharmacy. Moving all of my rx elsewhere.

Do not ask for delivery! I've had my prescriptions paid for a week now and it's still at the pharmacy!!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE

I left a review years ago on Google Maps about the Pharmacy but this is for the store. If I go in the evening: I almost always see & am helped by a lady named Maria. She knows what Customer service is about & I wish people like her got paid more for being such a big help. I'm sure she has problems like all of us but whatever they may be; She is ALWAYS friendly & remembers I like to check the Clearance Items & steers me towards good deals; as long as she's not having to check out other customers. There's also a nice young lady that works there that is a little shy but always helpful. I have nothing negative to say about the store. It seems too often (me included) to only leave a review when something's horrible but I am trying to give accolades & appreciation where it is deserved! Thx Maria 4 your cheerful Help.
