The Pharmacy always is always horrible. Long wait times and personnel act like you’re not even there. Get told one thing on the phone and it’s different when you go to the store. I definitely think they need to hire some better professional individuals or implement some better training. I would Recommend anyone needing to use Walgreens to find another one.

I would give zero stars. EVERY time we get prescriptions filled here it takes ALL day. Literally. I suggest if you are having a surgery that you will need pain medication for, choose any other pharmacy or you’ll be stuck in pain for hours and they can’t switch it to another pharmacy and won’t push it ahead. I don’t know why it took me so long but officially changing pharmacies. I’ll drive the extra 20 minutes to get my prescriptions filled at a reasonable time.

If I could give no stars I would. Came to pick up my daughter’s prescriptions at 1pm. Was told by the pharmacy tech Gloria it would be 20mins. Came back to the pharmacy at 3:30. And was told it still wasn’t ready and they would send me a text message when it was. Not cool!! I said that would be fine since apparently Gloria didn’t do her job. The person checking me out tried to scolded me for say what I said. But I was not sorry for it. You don’t tell someone it will be ready in 20mins and come back to the pharmacy and the prescription still isn’t ready. Do better Walgreens. I would have been totally fine with it not being ready if Gloria would have taken ownership of her mistake. But Gloria did not do that. She simply acted as if she didn’t not know what was going on.

I can't imagine a worse pharmacy. You could staff that place with blind, deaf people with zero work or life experience and it would be an improvement. 4 days and 6 phone calls to fill an antibiotic.
Thanks for attempting to deny/ delaying my treatment to get well Walgreens.

I can't even get my son's medicines transferred to a good pharmacy today because they are temporarily closed. It's a really bad time to have a chronically ill child in need of medications if you use this pharmacy or refills are trapped here. We are switching all meds to Chris's Express Pharmacy even if all the doctors have to send in new scripts. This Walgreens has erratic hours, med shortages worse than anyone else, are awful with insurance, slow to fill meds, can't answer the phones, and the techs are rude and argumentative but for no good reason. They don't know how to do their jobs. The amount of times I've been told that we don't have insurance or that insurance won't pay to have to come in and explain how to do their job to them is shocking. They need to humble themselves. I'm appalled by how they speak to people. Don't put your health in their hands. This pharmacy should be permanently closed down.

This place needs to be shut down. The pharmacy is slow and not very attentive to what people need. You’ve have to hold their hands and explain things to them 5 times before they understand. That’s after they have you on hold for an hour.

I've never had a good experience here. The pharmacy closes at random without notice. Prescriptions are never ready after confirming they're available to be picked up. Several dropped calls after waiting on hold forever, only to he placed back on hold and have the call dropped, again. They've billed my insurance without me picking up my prescription and argued with me that my prescription wouldn't be covered because it's already been billed. I explained that it should be covered because I never picked up said prescription, I had to call my insurance company on behalf of Walgreens numerous times due to billing issues steming from them billing before I picked up the script and they're saying it's been picked up already, that I could have picked it up from another pharmacy and they couldn't fill my script. However, I was able to get the problem corrected by contacting my insurance company. They pharmacist and techs are rude. I will never go back here again. I do not recommend this location for prescriptions. I recently was prescribed cough meds, and they never bothered filling them. They did however fill my other scripts, and when I asked about the cough meds they said they didn't fill it because they're running low. I'm like, but I need it. She responded with, we can fill it but it will be a bit. So, they weren't going to fill a script unless I specifically called and requested it be filled due to shortage. I should have have the script yesterday, I called today and they told me it would he ready by 2. I got there at 2 and they told me to come back in a few hours. This place needs an intervention on customer service and overall operating procedures.

Avoid this place at all cost. They are completely incompetent and inefficient.

If I could give this pharmacy a zero I would. I have been getting my prescriptions at various Walgreens since 2002 but I will be moving to a new pharmacy because every time I come here I have issues followed by the worst service. Every single tech is beyond rude regardless if you are in the drive thru or you go in the store.

The level of incompetence for the pharmacy staff at Walgreens is astounding. Everything from them not knowing what their own rules are to fill prescriptions, to wait time, inconsistent hours, never having your medicine in stock....I don't know how they stay in business. I'd think twice before ever entrusting them with my personal health again.

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever had to deal with. Quite honestly since Covid Walgreens pharmacies have been extremely difficult to work with. But this one, this location, they close when they want, they close the inside of the store and make you sit in the drive thru for a ridiculous amount of time. I came here on a Saturday at 3 in the afternoon and they were closed. I came on a Friday at 530pm and they were closed. I came on a SUNDAY and they were closed. This is how people get their Medication, this is a pharmacy, get it together Walgreens. Stop closing all the time.

Worst ever! They never have meds ready. Every-time I’ve gone they tell me it will be 3 to 4 hours to prepare my meds. Last night I went for cough medicine for my sick child and they had not filled it and told me to come back in the morning. I went back today and they are out of the medicine and won’t have it for two days. I’d rather use a vet than try to get any help at this pharmacy. If I could give zero stars, I would.

The inside pharmacy is rarely open. Be expected to wait minimum of an hour at the drive-through. They are also frequently out of medication.
