Absolutely a nightmare experience every time I have been in recently. Very long lines, meds are never ready when they are supposed to be and takes 2 days to fill refills called in.

hello I have epilepsy, and I ran out of keppra firgue they would give me a few to get by till the 1st nope I said, do you realize what’s going to happen if I don’t have my keppra didn’t care so if i’ll end up in the hospital this is on ya as soon as i can i will ended my meds someone else just won’t do Business with them at all after this

Definitely the worst pharmacy in Moore Ok, and arguably the worst in the US. This one in particular had me waiting for an hour over a prescription that they had on record for 24 hours, for a medication they didn't even have in stock. Blacklist this place

If there was a zero star option, this place deserves it. They are absolutely worthless, counter intuitive with communication measures and do not care about the patients they are poorly serving. I will never spend a $ in walgreens ever again.

Good luck getting an antibiotic filled the same day. I had a prescription put in at 11am and ten minutes after the store closes they update it's ready. They often can't find "ready" prescriptions, causing me to have to make another trip back.

Awful. Have nose dived into horribleness about a year ago. Always long line, prescription that is called in is never ready, promises to have it ready in an hour never happens. Waited on an antibiotic for over a week. Now I called in a refill 3 days ago, got an email saying it is ready but now the pharmacy is closed for who knows how long. So I am told I have to go to another store and they can transfer the ready prescription from the closed pharmacy. Soooo ridiculous. Will never use them again.

Sat in the drive thru line for 45 minutes to get the closed sign put up when I finally got to the window at 9pm. Couldn't leave either because I was blocked in. This is ridiculous!

The most inconsistent pharmacy. I am so sad tricare is no longer in network with Moore RX. Walgreens is my option if I want to pay ideally. But I end up paying the price of anger and annoyance bc your medication will take hours to be ready. More often than not it won’t be ready until you call and discover an issue. The drive thru is another story. Always 2-3 cars ahead at the least. It can take anywhere from 15 (on a fast day) to 45 minutes. I can’t express how frustrated I am with this place. Just pay a higher price and get your meds immediately from Moore RX.

Never had a problem with this pharmacy until recently. Sat in line for an hour just to get up there for to them tell me my prescription was not ready but they’ll put a rush on it and I can come back. My prescription was sent in 9 hours prior! I thought surely it should be ready by then! I come back an hour later and the pharmacy is closed! I ask why the pharmacy is closed I have a prescription I NEED to pick up and nobody has any answers or a solution for me. Never did they mention they’d be closing early when I was in line prior. I missed a dose of my antibiotics that I should’ve already started because of this. Not sure what’s going on but I hope they figure it out soon!

I can fill prescriptions in here because .i told the pharmacy that he was wrong n he had an attitude with me.nni treated them like i get treated n they said there no supervisor that i can speak to

After a terrible experience with CVS we came here to have my wife's antibiotic prescription filled because crappy CVS didn't have it and didn't bother to tell us until we left and had to come back. The pharmacist here was great and called them twice to have the prescription moved because they HUNG UP on him the first time. The young lady (I think her name was Rola?) who worked the desk was extremely helpful and was working nonstop to help not only us but other customers who continued to come in. I will not only switch my wife and daughter's prescriptions to this location but also mine as well. Good job Walgreens thank you for handling our problems with efficiency and professionalism
