The guy just wanted to sell me a new phone or just have mine repaired for a 100 deductible, the warranty company said all I needed was a face plate and no deductible. Won't go back to this store.

I came to this store for help and services. But the manager still refused. You don't know why they open doors and why they don't serve. I waste a lot of time. I feel terrible.。Let me open a new number. They lost my original number. It cost me a lot and a lot of trouble. They refuse to admit or correct their mistakes.

They lied at the Norman store and didn't order our tablets. Went to Moore store they would call me.3 hours not a word. I will call corporate and settle.UpdateThey will do nothing. Said we didn't qualify for the mothers day special. Then why did our rep tell us we did and even said when they would ship!Making sure everyone knows they will lie out their teeth to get your money.
