I rented with another person here. They have water for people to Use here. I was filling up a rig and the owner told me to have the person I rented with to contact him. He contacted him. He pulled up today changed his story to I have to leave. I told him I pay rent. He said you will never be on a lease here. I do not recommend this place. I have rented from many places but this one is the worst in Moore

I do not recommend this place at all. The owner told me I could toss some metal into there metal scrap pile (They were building new buildings and had scrap metal everywhere). One of the managers came up to me and started harassing me. He got attitude and was rude. I told him the owner said I could. I told him to call the owner. The guy continued to Harass me. I eventually just got my metal and left. The cops come here quite often. I told the owner about the incident and nothing happened.

Owner allows anyone to use it as an all night hangout and personal races at. Does not care what happens unless the cops are called to take care of matters. Has been nothing but problems since they built the place.
