Don't go to this store if you want to pay reasonable prices. They charged multiple fees to print 4 pieces of paper, print fee, copy fee when they didn't copy anything and tax. Over $4.00 on 4 black and white printed pieces of paper. May not seem like a lot but it is when all other UPS stores charge $.25 cents for the same thing. Ridiculous these fees. Definitely not using this UPS store again. This store is trying to make there millions in fees.
Reply to your rude reply, I was not informed of a computer fee and as a customer who travels all over the USA and utilizes this service from many other UPS stores I can assure you this is a ridiculous fee and too high. But thank you for showing any potential customers how rude you are and that your store is no better. You made my point even better so thank you for your rude reply.

I just came in to drop off an Amazon return. I had started my return label for the wrong location. Roman was super helpful. He got me all straightened out. I was in and out in 2 minutes!! Thank you!!!

I had a very poor customer service experience last week with an associate. I was asking for help, but instead, while still confused with our situation and still needing advice/help and clarification, he rushed me and told me I needed to make a decision "now." Let me add that I was not there long to hold anyone up. There were other associates available if there was another customer that walked in. I will now avoid this location.

I completely messed up my Amazon return and Ranzit was so patient with me. He took steps to ensure every item was scanned. He went through the qr codes multiple times and made sure everything was accurate. He never once showed impatience or frustration. He was so kind and I appreciate that kind of customer service so so much.

Just got done returning 2 boxes1 of the boxes I received on my porch in the same box it's in when I returned it.Box number 2 showed up in a bag.He decided to charge 10.84 for a damn box to put the box that came in a bag in.Even though box number 1 was the same exact box style as the second. He charges me, and says he can't take it, even though he just took the exact same box like it.Pathetic, absolutely horrible. Literally 0 reason I should've been charged. Especially because he took the other box just damn fine.
