I had an appointment with Mikey. She did an amazing job. The kind of haircut that hours later you’re still floofing because you love it so much. Danielle at Moore JC Penney salon did my hair and ruired my hair.She was supposed to touch up gray but instead broke off my hair at roots and didnt even cover gray. She is denying it to save face and even erased my other review.SHE IS HORRIBLE AT HAIR .She even erased the pic I posted. She i s saying she did not do it.But I have two testimonies from other Salons I visited day before.This will probably get erased. This is what I got for 85.00Service: Hair coloring

Danielle did a horrible job on my hair.She was supposed to touch up gray roots and did not cover them.Instead my hair is broken off up by my roots and no color.Dont use her she will ruin your hair!!!!

Did not get even close to what I asked for. Took the girl over 2 hours to do a simple layer cut That's it!!! Over 2 hours for a hair cut and most of that was her trying to brush my hair that I told her tangles easily and needs lots of detangler. Either she didn't have any or didn't care because she just kept going until I told her I would do it myself. As she was cutting I just kept hoping she was slow because she was going to do a good job but to my horror the cut was so ridiculous my two year old could have done better. I left that place wishing I had a hat to ride my hair in. HORRIBLE.

The cut and color turned out fine, but it took sooo long! Almost double the time it typically would if it were done elsewhere. All the staff were very friendly.

Hands down absolute best customer service from any JC Penny photo studio we've ever been to! They were awesome with the kiddos and super patient! Excellent customer service from start to finish! We will definitely be back! A+

Showed lady what to do, didnt do my sons or husbands hair how the pictures showed. It was kind of ridiculous and to top it off the stylist that had a customer just leave had nothing but complaints about the customer she had just gotten done with.Service: Hairstyling

Hair cut and color 5 star. Giving the salon a 3 star because they are requiring masks. If masks work they should be optional. The sooner everyone realizes we are being lied to about the severity of Covid 19 the sooner we can get our lives/freedom back.Service: Hairstyling

I stood in the jewelry section looking at stuff and pacing between cabinets, without once being asked if I wanted to look at something. There was a long line up front do you the coronavirus situation. Therefore everyone kept coming back here to check out with there shoes and clothing. The customer service in this department absolutely sucks. Hopefully they get this fixed or I'm gonna have to go to Kohl's or elsewhere from here on.

I love JCP but the one in Moore is lacking in baby clothes. I get coupons and told I get points but the coupons rarely if ever work and even though I have spent thousands I never have any points to use. Just frustrating. But I've been going to this store chain most my life and would hate to see it go.

Walked in tonight to get my sons hair cut and Cheyenne was at the front desk asked what we needed told her and she said ok let me check these other people out and then I can help. She checked the lady out then left. Someone cane else came up asked if we needed help I said we are waiting on Cheyenne and she said oh ok she’s cleaning up and will be right with you. Then someone else comes out and says can you come in tomorrow everyone has left or has a client. I said Cheyenne said she would help us and she said well her shift is over so she left. It’s so frustrating not to just be told that it was the end of her shift instead she left us up there waiting.
