I am 1 year post chemo and my hair came back in super curly and was a big curly mess of a bob on my head. I missed my long hair really bad. I did a consult with another salon, twice, and they told my they couldn't do extensions until all of my hair was shoulder length. They suggested I get a wig instead!!! ? I called Tangles and got a consult with Haley that same day. Without hesitation she suggested hand tied extensions and let me know it would be a challenge to blend but she could do it. She got the extensions ordered and I went back a few days later for the install. She did AMAZING. She got my hair to blend better than I could have imagined!! I left with 18 inches of beautiful hair and I couldn't be more happy!!!!!! Haley was so friendly and knowledgeable! I am a client for life. I even went back the next day and she did my eyelash extensions (which also look perfect!)

The stylists won't butcher your hair, but they have a horrible habit of rescheduling your appointment with little notice ahead of time. Every time I've made an appointment here they've texted me to reschedule the night before or the morning of. At that point I don't even want to schedule an appointment here, because what's the point? It's not going to happen on that day since they always reschedule. I'm a busy person and this irresponsible way of conducting business is too big of an inconvenience.

If you want to go blonde Kim is your go to person. She's the best! I highly recommend her and she will always try to squeeze you in if you have last min hair emergency.

My hair was driving me crazy! I recently got finished with chemotherapy where I lost all my curly hair. It has come back in straight and I was having a terrible time fixing it. We didn't have an appointment but Alicia was amazing! She got me right in and was super friendly! My hair looks amazing! I definitely recommend this place!Services: Haircut

Alicia is fantastic! I had received a horrendous hair cut on my long hair; I cried all night feeling so sick and ugly, I even order a wig since I was scared my hair couldn’t be fixed. I called Tangles the next morning and Alicia got me in the same day! She took my terrible hair cut and was able to work a miracle! She assured me she would saved the remaining length I had. You would never guess that I had a botched job done on my hair. I left Tangles with my hair looking amazing and feeling beautiful again! She took amazing care of me going above and beyond! Kylie (sp?) was wonderful! I called in a panic last minute and she gladly took me in and fixed me up! She let me vent and brought life back to my hair. I will certainly be coming back!

I loved my haircut from here. It is SO cute & I got loads of compliments. It was my first time cutting my hair in about 4 years after something traumatic, & I felt beautiful afterwards. The artist also made sure she didnt take too much length off & was very careful as i had requested this. Everyone was also so funny and nice.Though there are a couple things that I wish were a bit different. Shampoos i know are a simple service, but don't be afraid to get in there and scrub. Some people, that's the only relaxation they'll get til they see you next time. If you make a simple service worth it, they'll come back for bigger things just to also get that. I know I LOVE going in randomly and just getting a shampoo or conditioning treatment, purely for the scalp rub.Also, the lady that cut my hair seemed a bit newer. But I would 100% recommending learning razer cutting & bangs. You can easily ruin a good pair of bangs by not giving them enough texture & depth. Also, some of us alt-ier girls do exist, & we LOVE a good set of bangs or a good razer cut & will be your most loyal customers, if you can do it well.She was still wonderful on framing my face and my layers. Like GORGEOUS. the lady who helped on my bangs did the best set of bangs I've ever had In my life. I forgot to get her name. I'm so sorry.

Had my hair cut and a color correction done by Robert Howard. Amazing consult prior to appointment. Did wonders with thick unruly hair with years of black box dye! So pleased with my results! Couldn't have even hoped for such fantastic results! A++ experience!!Services: Hair coloring
