We loved our stay here! Excellent hotel! The room was spacious, athletically nice, and clean. Comfortable bed. Great breakfast! (They had souffle cups which were a surprise and hecka tasty). Location was perfect for us visiting family, and the quality was phenomenal for the rate these days! This is my husband's go-too hotel when visiting family and I got to see why: we will be back when we come back for another visit!

I've been staying at this hotel for a couple of nights and now that it is my last night and I will be checking out in the morning I have found that the housekeeping has turned my air conditioning on so when I came back from work the room was incredibly coldmore over than that as I came out to my truck I was greeted by the front desk staff saying "Oh I thought you were being rude so I was being rude back"I have had problems with this same night audit person several times staying at this hotel although the hotel itself is a great property the night audit person is horrible and he although I will not name his name I believe everybody knows who I'm talking about is horrible

Just wanted to say that I really appreciate a property that, as it ages, keeps it clean and well maintained. This has some older fixtures and has clearly been well loved but the management obviously takes the time and effort to keep it fresh and welcoming. Liz checked us in, a human ray of sunshine, and even did a follow up call to check to make sure everything was fine with the room. Gym was spotless, pool was clear and well maintained, and the breakfast was well appointed and tasty. I hope the manager sees this because you're doing a great job. Thanks!

Front desk Liz is awesome. She was super friendly and after a long day of attending conferences she made us laugh and feel important when we walked in.

Are bots writing these reviews or am i missing something? Rooms are outdated and the beds are hard as a rock. Light comes in through the window shades. There’s frosted glass sliding bathroom doors that the light shines through when you have to get up at night and it bangs because it’s not on a bottom track. Also the rooms do not have outlets for chargers so make sure you bring a wall adapter. Breakfast was the same every day. Waffle machine, Turkey sausage and strawberries. Liz and Robert were amazing but the manager is very rude. I switched to the holiday inn express that’s in the same parking lot and only wish i would have switched sooner.

Checked in to find a room which appeared to be housekept, but immediately noticed a large clipped finger/toe nail on the bedside table. Looked down to find a pair of underwear. Went to have room changed and the night desk agent was apologetic and happy to oblige.New room appeared ok at first sight, but when we went to use the bathroom after coming back from dinner we noticed dried boogers on the curtain, mildew coming up on the walls, and a tub that didn't drain. Crumbs all in the pull out as well.It was taken care of the following morning after requesting this of the night desk. They didn't give us fresh towels despite leaving them on the floor and then were told that we need to specifically ask for housekeeping. However during the day it was difficult to find anyone working the desk!Breakfast was fine, rest of the facilities seemed ok.However this lack of overt cleanliness is quite disgusting.

Spring Hill Suites should have let us know that there have been multiple breakins in their parking lot when we checked in and they didn’t. There were 3 cars broken into last night and when bringing it to the hotels attention we were told that there had been multiple break ins recently. Why would you not inform your customers until they were victims? Very poor customer service by this Marriott location. No protection for customers and basically we’re told it’s not their problem.Safety: bad place to stay. not safe for your car.

Excellent experience. We were greeted with cold water, warm cooklies and a smile. The room had a kitchenette a comfortable bed and a great shower. Omar was very helpful when checking out and the night clerk was more than kind when the washing machine ate my money, granting me two free washes! Overall best hotel experience on this five day trip. Two thumbs up

Very surprised at the positive reviews here. Towels and sheets looked dirty and used. Tons of road noise, plus train whistle at 1:30am, 2:15am, 3:10am. Water pressure low. Uncomfortable beds. Smells like they tried to cover whatever gross smells were in the room before with a gallon of perfume . Strange fridge with 2 hour manual reset. Extremely uncomfortable beds that were the wrong size. Tub won't drain. If I hadn't pre-paid for room, we would have left. Multiple lights burned out in room. Toilet makes loud noise until we flush. No weights in work-out room under 40lbs. Will not stay here again & do not recommend.

Was in Norman, OK for a friend's bday for the weekend. Needed a hotel. Which Marriott had some available. However, this hotel can use some TLC, redo and something to make it smell better. When we first got in, the person at the desk was nice and helpeful.However get into the room, MUSTY no air Circulation and just dark. The room (hotel itself) is old. Which the room was clean still, however the bed WAS not. (Pic attched). My husband works in pet/bug services so when we go anywhere we check. I mean Check! Pull back all sheets, blankets, pillows even the pull out couch. HOTELS NEED TO REPLACE SHEETS AND BED BIG COVERS. Washing the sheets over and over will not remove the stains of BLOOD and COFFEE out.! Remote was broke, tv old, the hand towel hanger thing broke and lap shade broken.For the price of things today, i am excepting better quality, which I normally get from marriott but in this case the "outside lobby" is more important than tbe actual rooms.Over all if you need a place to stay for an night or 2. The price wasn't horrible, for one night it was $140 (which is insane) with a 20$ Accidental fee which will drop off. Oooo almost forgot about the breakfast. TRASH. I mean if you get there once it open it maybe better. We got there about 8:50 barely any food left and dirty.Business in general need to DO BETTER.

The room was filthy especially the couch which appear to have sexual sustaining on it and cleaning service virtually non existence. Complained to corporate, said they would get back but yet to hear a word.
