I had a very frustrating experience with this business. I purchased a couch, coffee table, and mattress set and ordered a dining set that was not in stock. I later cancelled the dining set order and it took months and several calls to get a refund for the deposit. When my furniture was delivered, I walked outside when the delivery guys were taking my couch out of the truck - they basically dropped it onto the the driveway from the back of the truck - so not only was it dirty .. they ripped the material under the couch (which I was told would be replaced and never was). After they brought everything inside and left, I looked at the coffee table and noticed that the drawer was broken and not properly put together. I called the store and was told that they would replace it. I had to call and return to the store multiple times and was lied to repeatedly. Finally when it was approaching a year of being told lies, I emailed the store and told them that if my table wasn’t replaced within a week I would be reporting them to the BBB. I immediately got a call, email, and text and FINALLY a few days later they came and replaced the drawer (which again wasn’t what I was promised- but I was honestly done dealing with them at that point). So- I would not recommend them due to the customer service.

Overall experience from coming into silver leaf and finding a couch for our new living room to delivery was amazing even when the guys delivered the couch into our home they were outstanding they moved the furniture to where we want it and they made sure before they left that we were satisfied where they had placed it I definitely will continue to keep shopping here everytime we have came in for some type of furniture we have never been disappointed by this amazing place thank you guys so much for the awesome experience!

Silverleaf has my business for any future furniture needs I have.I rolled in the store in my big electric wheelchair looking for a recliner. The first one I saw as I rolled in got my attention, correct color, nice and sturdy fabric upholstery that was very attractive and soft to the touch, but wasn't some paper thin covering that would wear out quickly, this was quality. When I put my hand on the seat is when I saw that it rocked, which for me is a little dangerous to transfer from my wheelchair to it because of that movement. I rolled around the store looking at more chairs, but I kept coming back to look at this one chair. I saw a man named Braden and asked him if they had any chairs in this shape, style and color that didn't rock and I explained why that was needed. He walked through and checked many chairs, and I had a lot of choices, but that first one just had me, it was everything I wanted, except for the rocking. Braden remembered they had sold a number of chairs to a nursing home that they did a small modification to stop the rocking. He had the store owner come out and we looked at chairs and discussed locking down this chair. Yes it could be done for the chair that had me by the seat of my pants. To confirm it all, their technician was just returning and they asked him if it could be done for certain with this chair, and the answer was yes. They modified the chair and delivered it several hours earlier than previously scheduled.Me being an old guy who has turned a lot of wrenches in my life had to see how they modded it. So I looked below and saw the brilliant little mod that was even painted black to match the frame that nobody would really ever see. That's impressive attention to detail on something that isn't seen. That's quality work. all of the store staff are great to talk to and make you very comfortable to be there. I will be buying from them again, they are a great example of how it should be done. Bravo Silverleaf, well done. I will be coming back for this Loveseat that matches my new chair soon.

Had a great experience. Sales people were helpful, but not aggressive. The prices were best value we found and very good quality. We bought sofa and loveseat from them.

It's OK. Too much Ashley merchandise though. Still over priced. And be careful b/c some is already damaged. The people are nice though and they deliver. I think they take returns from other places and that's why some(most in my experience)things show damage or wear. I'm not sure though. We did find a decent night stand for cheap.

The best furniture store on Oklahoma. best pricing, best delivery and great service. The owner Jason is great. no pushy sales people following you around. greatest delivery service that I have experienced in 40 years, unlike the Big Box stores!!!
