Even when you try to.work out something to pay an old bill they have no problem not helping and running you further into.debt poor business and poor facility

If they could please fix the first 3 treadmills in the front. They sound so bad and no one is able to use them because the belt is lagging. They have been like that since 2 years ago and I complained on the fb page and still not fixed

No toilet paper and when i went to wipe with paper towels, there were none either. I got skid marks on my gym shorts and my car seat. Never going back

First and foremost, the facility is top-notch. It's clean, well-organized. The machines are well-maintained and always in good working condition. Signed up Nov 11, 2019 for a year contract. During that year contract the gym shutdown for covid for a few months and continued to pay for those months. So apparently after the year contract they continue to charge you month to month. I wasn’t going to the gym anymore and had to switch banks for other reasons. They continue to try and charge a non active account every month racking up that bill. I had no idea that they were doing this. I go in a week ago and set up a new year contract and my key fobs haven’t been working. Fast forward to today, I go back in and they tell me I can’t use my membership until the past due balance is paid. They won’t even give my money back I just paid for signing a new contract that they should’ve never let me get in the first place! Oh and you can’t cancel at all if you owe any money. Terribly ran place, very disappointed.

Great gym I always like to work out here. I have been member since 2019. I have so many nice memories of this gym. I had to cancel my membership since I’m moving out of Moore. But if I ever come back to Moore I’ll join again. I recommend shape fitness. Thank you for everything ?

Loved the gym but they have never once answered the phone. I have called about 10 times over the last month, not one answer, and I had some simple questions and the last time I called, I could tell that someone hung up on me. Not sure what’s going on there but might as well not have a phone.I am editing this review because I see the owner actually responding to people on google but not calls or messages, my name is Cruse Garrett and I just want to cancel my subscription. I believe the payment information is under my fathers name Bob Garrett. I realize times are hard in business but it has to be better than this.Thank you

This gym is garbage and not worth it. Dirty and old equipment all around. Staff is hardly there so even if you wanted to buy/cancel a membership it would be near impossible. Owner is arrogant and will reply to google reviews but never show his face there to try to fix anything. Don’t waste your time or money here

Please do not sign a contract at this gym or do any business at this gym.When I first signed up, I was hopeful because the two men at the counter were super nice and helpful. However, I did not get a tour of the facility like I thought I would. My first day working out there I noticed nearly all of the free weights were busted up, rusted, and broken. If I had gotten a tour I would not have purchased a membership. Every time I left the gym and washed my hands the water would run grey/black because of how dirty and disgusting the equipment is. While working out there, I have barely seen anyone clean that gym or the bathrooms. Paper towels and toilet paper are all over the floor in the restroom and the trash is always full.Not very convenient while we are on our second year through a pandemic. The staffed hours are always changing and never consistent. There is hardly anyone ever up there if you have questions regarding your membership or the equipment. The guy who does work the front desk, when he is there, is nice at least. The owner responds quicker to the bad reviews left on google than she does to my emails! I am seriously disappointed in this place. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE.

First and foremost this gym stays dirty no one cleans equipment from what i've experienced. Gym rarely has staff even before Covid.I was on a year contract with this gym. I started my contract on December 16 I paid for a full month of membership when I signed up. This gym only processes payments on the 1st of every month. So when January 1st came around I had to pay another month. I'm finishing up my contract which ends Dec 16 but I had to pay for another full month December 1st. I called to let them know that I have now paid two full months and only got to use the gym for 4 weeks. They didn't do anything about it , and are definitely not willing to work with anyone after they sign that contract. You'll be better off at 10 GYM

This gym has seen better days. Rumor has it that the owner just doesn’t really care anymore and it is very apparent with the state this gym is in.I was wanting to change gyms, but the amenities were nice and it kept me there for the time being. I have more moved over 20 miles away and no longer want to be a member at a gym that is in a different city.I am unable to get ahold of this company. I have driven to the physical location and there is no one there. I have called multiple times every day and left voice mails. Either they don’t have any employees or they are just actively scamming people.Unfortunately I cannot tell you to get away from this gym enough.

Joined Aug or Sept 2020, new to Moore OK. After a illness in June I would still try to go to the gym for light movement. 7/8 I was placed in independent assisted living In Norman OK. I attended Shape three or four times in July (still trying to drive), my doctor sent Shape a Dr's note around 7/27 and still mgmt didnt get that it was sent again in 8/2021. Shape said they didnt receive the first doctors note. It was sent to a front desk staff members email. Im praying for refunds for July and August from Shape. 7/14 I had a minor fender bender with very little help on my move. (For everyone doing without apply with giftcardbank.org, they are overwhelmed. Please donate here. They were unable to give me any gas vouchers or food cards/high demand). I tried to explain how destitute I fell and the front desk is very young I tried to stay upbeat, on topic. The staff and mgmt do try its why I was so surprised they didnt call me back or seem to care much. I request the $29 for July and August. While visiting the gym to give them my fob and sign paper, I added my service coordinators card to the cancel doc. along with the fob. The very young staff couldnt really help or do much aside from tell me my information is added to my file but no access to mgmt, no access to where or when or how or if a refund was available. I couldnt drive to Moore very much after the move and accident. I respect and uphold small business. No one is perfect and I like everyone. When I was away for most of February, I was so happy to return to some therapy, weights, cardio, it doesnt matter I am disabled I must keep moving if I dont move the soreness sets in. Self advocacy is tough for me I talked my case mger/service coordinator where I reside now about Shape Fitness. Case mgmt said the money is gone, its a contract, they do not have to care, acknowledge or refund me at all. Life circumstances are just circumstances, Shape Fitness is a business geared towards those with no to very few needs or problems.
