They at least showed us how to try the product. The older blonde lady was rude in Sephora. I would have doesn't money there but I don't give mean people money. The older lady at Kohl's checking us out was super nice and checked each shoe we bought to make sure they were the same size and everything.

Outstanding service this morning at the Moore Kohl's location! The associate was so helpful and happy to help me, this is my fav location in the OKC metro area!

Disappointed in the customer service. I had saw 3 brush sets listed at a $39 price so i grabbed one, and when i went to check out they said it rung up as $95. The other worker said she could over ride it for me since it was incorrectly placed which would be their fault (her words), then she asked me to show her where it was, once i did then she changed her mind and said no she could not over ride it.Strange to offer to over ride it and then change your mind?Then when she continued to check me out with my other products she said nothing else and was completely silent! Won’t be back.

Very disappointed in this Sephora….The girl who helped my husband with short brown hair and glasses u should learn to not judge a book by its cover….my husband went in to find something for my birthday right after work going in looking a mess. he still went mind you he doesn’t know much about makeup and it’s his first time going to a makeup store on his own. Just because he was dirty looking you shouldn’t be little someone or make them feel like they don’t have enough money to buy something he literally was willing to spend 300 or more on me for my birthday…but because u made him feel like he couldn’t afford it he got something simple which I’m grateful that actually went on his own but to also have to write all over the 100 dollar to see if it was fake like he somehow isn’t able to possess 100bills is ridiculous I hope one day u learn from this because it isn’t ok to treat people like this
