Sam's in Moore always has the frozen foods we need. This is one of the better Sam's stores.

It is nothing like it once was. We go today and we each had a cart full. $360 worth. All of the self checkouts were open. We refuse to use them. Looked like there were plenty of sheep playing their game. Only one register was going with 7 carts waiting. I called Sam's and asked if they could come open some more registers. It took a total of 2 minutes before there was 6 people working to get the lines down. I'm getting to the point to where Costco is starting to look a lot better. We've been members since 1997. I don't see us renewing our membership.

Really dislike that they are checking cards to enter now. No one expects to after years of not needing to, leading to the entry being crowded. Also, they put up a huge arch to split the exit into 2 lanes but have never seen more than 1 person checking items.

My boyfriend an I shop there twice a month or more. We have bought toilet paper the members mart for years. When we were in there last week and purchased this item we were upset about finding out the down grade in toilet paper, ladies do not purchase this item it is pain to our female private parts. People Im sure there are others dissatisfied with the paper product.

Sams needs to do better. Allowing T Mobile to scam customers with the worst service is not good for Sam's customers. Also, this store is out of corn chips and avocados. Asked the management and they couldn't care less.
Sad day for Sam's costumer service hopefully the District Manager can correct this location.

Moore Samsclub Member Services Desk the guy here he can't do anything by himself. I have stood inline for 32 minutes. For everyone that has stepped up to him he has had to call someone over to assist him. I dont want to put names or pics but there is an issue here. This is crazy.
