Can someone explain to me the purpose of having plus member hours if they won’t let you in early? It’s ridiculous. It should be taken off the website and not advertised as a perk.

I really like this pharmacy! The pharmacist I spoke with over the phone was so pleasant and helpful! When I was there picking up my prescription the staff and pharmacist were so nice and thorough. Very prompt getting a prior authorization the same day, where it took my previous pharmacy much longer. Sonice to see people that are upbeat and happy with their job! Well done ladies!

A delivery driver took out a brick wall at the entrance to our driveway a couple days ago and fled the scene. Sam’s is passing the buck and refusing to pay for the damage because the driver is not a Sam’s employee; they are an employee of the delivery service. I have a feeling I’m in for a fight. We will not be placing any more delivery orders with Sam’s or Walmart.

Although I grocery shop in my hometown there is no cost comparison to Sam's Club when it comes to large quantities or bulk shopping. Toilet paper, laundry soap, peanut butter, clothes or if you have a baby diapers and wipes are near impossible to beat. I have a Sam's Club MasterCard so my savings are ridiculous when it comes to the gas tanks and special products that they give you discounts on intermittently through the month. The most common thing I shop for is ready to heat meals for the evening. If you're hosting a dinner at home for a large group of people and you don't know what to do then Sam's Club is your choice. From macaroni to Caprese salad, chicken Alfredo and the most bomb sides I can describe. Whatever you need Sam's Club is probably the place to be. Tonight I made pork chops and brussels sprouts courtesy of Sam's club. It was delicious.

Today we bought several waters and other drink cases. When we left I wanted while friend went to get the car. One of the curb clerks while waiting to off load another car volunteered to help lift all the waters and other purchases into our van. Cudos to Vincent!!! Great job and thank you

I like the convenience of buying bulk items, the ease of ordering online and pulling up and they bring it out. Also the rotisserie chicken pieces, breasts packaged, though or leg pkgs under $5 can't be found anywhere but at Sams. The golden margarita here is great and their whole pizzas made in house are very good and practical to order right when you get there, you have shopping time then it's ready to go when you are.

Was there this weekend I’m in need of a double hip replacement grabbed a pair of shorts there only to find out it had no bar code to scan at the checkout when I finally got the attention of the attendant I was told I needed to walk to the other side of the store to get a pair I could scan and would need to wait in the long line again Costco is opening in a few weeks just around the corner they probably have a bunch of new customers

Crazy long line , mad customers , manager handled it fine. I had to go bathroom so I went in the exit … but the exit line was line 25 people and carts deep… scary

I love going to Sam's, but trying to use their order and pick up. it's kinda confusing. some things like water it wants to charge me shipping. then no reminder of pick up date or what I ordered unless I do a screenshot.

Pick up Service is TOO SLOW. We are elderly and would love to order online and pick up where they put our purchases in our trunk. But we've tried it twice and it took way too long! We had to cancel and go inside to purchase the items we needed.
