I like the convenience of buying bulk items, the ease of ordering online and pulling up and they bring it out. Also the rotisserie chicken pieces, breasts packaged, though or leg pkgs under $5 can't be found anywhere but at Sams. The golden margarita here is great and their whole pizzas made in house are very good and practical to order right when you get there, you have shopping time then it's ready to go when you are.

Was there this weekend I’m in need of a double hip replacement grabbed a pair of shorts there only to find out it had no bar code to scan at the checkout when I finally got the attention of the attendant I was told I needed to walk to the other side of the store to get a pair I could scan and would need to wait in the long line again Costco is opening in a few weeks just around the corner they probably have a bunch of new customers

Crazy long line , mad customers , manager handled it fine. I had to go bathroom so I went in the exit … but the exit line was line 25 people and carts deep… scary

I love going to Sam's, but trying to use their order and pick up. it's kinda confusing. some things like water it wants to charge me shipping. then no reminder of pick up date or what I ordered unless I do a screenshot.

Pick up Service is TOO SLOW. We are elderly and would love to order online and pick up where they put our purchases in our trunk. But we've tried it twice and it took way too long! We had to cancel and go inside to purchase the items we needed.

So far I’ve used sams in Moore for my prescriptions, and they have been so careful during these trying times. They are so good! Sams in Moore overall had been good up to this point but I definitely saw a lax today. Early hours on Tuesday and Thursday are supposed to be a time for seniors and vulnerable customers to shop but today was a disappointment. I recommend Sam's, but today the employee at the Moore, OK location who was stationed at the entrance had disinfectant wipes for the carts & wouldn't give me one when I asked. I think you could spare one upon request for customers who ask. We pay membership dues, but even common grocery stores have dispensers at the entrances.

I would still recommend Sams Club but you guys are sure making it harder every time I visit your store. (Moore, Ok) I was in there today,Spent about $150.00 and wanted change for a $20.00. Wouldn’t give it to m because I paid with my debit card. So I went to service desk, still couldn’t give it to me because of some rule about opening the drawer. Now if I wanted to go look for the lady in the orange vest she “might” be able to help me. Really? They couldn’t page lady in orange vest? They couldn’t look for lady in orange vest? What has happened to customer service? There were three people at customer service, not one other customer besides me. I don’t get it. I have worked retail and I can tel you in the good old days I would have been fired for treating a customer that way.

Usually I will go through self-checkout because customer service these days consists of people who give no eye contact, have a surly attitude and wonder why they aren't paid more for putting up with the public. The fact that this store has went practically entirely self checkout, save for that one cashier way at the end is not a positive. I have been disappointed with Sam's array of selections for years, but they were the only game in town, unless we went to Dallas or Tulsa for a Costco big shop. After my latest trip, I was disappointed at the level of customer service and the lack of energy in the store. Even the gas pumps aren't that big of a draw for me. After having been a member since 1999 I just can't see spending the money for this particular club membership any longer.

I picked out a sofa at the Norman Sam’s Club for $599.00 but when I went back it was not in stock, my wonderful helper Rick called Moore and they had 9 sofas in stock. Rick graciously ask them to pull it and have it at the door

I have been a member over 20 yrs but last year was the first time I ever purchased a warranty on one of their items a pedal car for my grandson. Just a warning the warranty is a ripoff, it appears they sold me a warranty to cover an electronic component computer, tv, tablet. I tried to file a claim online said it only covered the electrical parts which of course isn't any. So I went the personal route and called customer service and I explained that 3 wheels where broke the s
