Showed up at 10am on Saturday. Lights were off, door locked, and no sign on the door while the regular door sign that shows times says they should be open.

I truly don’t understand all the high ratings.I drove about an hour and a half to this location just to get a specific product that my local beauty supplier doesn’t have.I was treated very poorly, I also felt like they discriminated me.They also had me sign a waiver saying that I won’t sell any of the products I purchased.While I understand that they have to cover themselves, I’ve never had to sign a waiver before.I heard them behind the register talking about me, my salon etc.I brought my license so there was no reason to treat me disrespectfully!

I paid for a Hot Heads Hand-Tied Hair Extention Class in January 2020, receive only a portion of my paid supplies and was told by SSG that I and the others would receive our items that are missing from our kit. However after a dozen calls and email I have yet to receive what I paid for and unfortunately Judith the manager of Moore SSG nor the staff care nor have they responded. It’s now 13 months later and I still have not received my full kit. I’m extremely disappointed in their lack of caring. I caution anyone wanting to take a class where you have to pay for supplies because on the off chance you do not receive all your items I can guarantee once you leave the class they have your money and that’s all they care about, I have given them 13 months to make this right and they have chosen to disregard my request to receive my items I ALREADY PAID FOR..

Great products, especially Kevin Murphy!!!! Very nice store but........Their hours are HORRIBLE for retail. No Saturday hours and only open until 6PM one evening - Thursday's. Not sure they will be around very long with those hours. Armstrong & McCall learned that!

Professional Beauty Supple, no license, not getting service. This is a small place, and when I say small, I mean small. They only carry a few brands, such as Paul Mitchell, MoroccanOil, Alfaparf Milano, Kevin Murphy, and a few others. The service is ok, they greet you, that's about it. I'm sure if I would of asked for help they would of helped, but other then a hello they didn't say much to me. I'll go back because they carry Paul Mitchell products.
