If ì could give more stars I would. This is the only computer shop I will use. I purchased a laptop from a pawnshop that kept shutting off. I took it up here to real deal computers and it was diagnosed within a day and the part ordered. the part was there in about a day or two and installed. I honestly have never used a computer repair company and was worried and a little nervous especially since i dont know too much about computers I thought maybe i screwed my self by purchasing the laptop. but the owner made it an easy and fast experience. Hands down the most trustworthy computer repair person in moore oklahoma. Hands down if any of you need repairs on your pcs this is the guy you want to work on it.

In my experience it is easy to avoid time with non-paying customers but everytime that I have been in or called for information that has never been the case. Every call or visit is handle just like i am buying a new product off the shelf for ready or custom order builds. Service is top notch and super friendly.

Great service and communication. I had some heating issues, he identified the issue as being the spacers were to short for cpu liquid cooling unit. Fast and friendly, highly recommend

My touch screen laptop had began to act as if there were a virus and we weren't sure why or how this had come about so we quickly called and were told that there was a small fee to diagnose the laptop and that additional fees could accrue should parts be needed. I will add, we also had a small crack in the corner of the screen as well and questioned if that smaller crack had caused issues with the screen. This small business was able to quickly diagnose with a very simply solution and we couldn't be more grateful for the help. We had dropped off the laptop an hour before closing on a Monday and the laptop was ready for pick up the next afternoon. Upon picking it up, the owner shared some business cards and I shared them within my office. For any future computer needs, this will be my first call for help!

Real Deal Computers was great fast friendly polite service. He(owner) gave me a quote! He told me what he would do and how long! He was early at having it done! Awesome job!! I'll go back price was reasonable great place if you're having trouble with your electronics!!

I swear he’s magic, I don’t think I’d trust anyone else to look at my laptop now. I had my laptop down for months because I didn’t want to take it anywhere, and he finds the TINIEST piece disrupting it and fixes it in less than a day! I’d definitely recommend for the price and service you get, Brooks is a very cool dude.
