Was told on Tuesday could get a refund on a fee if I brought the account to positive so I called back today and was told that they didn’t see that I called on tuesday(I have a screenshot of my call logs) and that they didn’t see any fee on my account even though I was looking at them, then the lady hung up on me and I tried to call back but got sent to voicemail.

I’ve been banking at the Moore branch for at least 15 years and as someone who works strange hours I really appreciate the new ITM’s! I can deposit cash or checks anytime now. You can also withdraw cash and specify exactly what bills you need! Perfect if you need change for a large bill and it’s not normal banking hours!

I would give you no stars if I could. You took out all the the actual tellers and drive throughs and put in those HORRIBLE automated atms. We signed up to bank with you because you were small not fully automated and we could actually talk to a person when we had an issue. You ruined that. You closed all the Saturday banking hours which was how educatorsbank. Since we have the same working hours! I now tell EVERYONE I know to avoid you like the plague worst babk in Oklaha. Maybe I'll try Tinker Fed instead.

New customer, but unfortunately highly disappointed! OECU does not care about the customer and doesn't own up to its mistakes. I refinanced my car loan and submitted all required documentation. Somehow the payoff check was lost (sent to the WRONG address) and it took nearly two months for the new check to be paid to the previous lender.. what about the previous agreed upon contract? OECU disregarded this and tackled additional fees and costs to a new contract. They also advertised 60 days to "skip payments" but this was also a lie, as my first payment is due in two weeks. Poor customer service, I had to personally follow up multiple times to resolve, if not my initial loan might have reached default and this would be a court civil matter.. so thanks OECU for finally "fixing" this issue without having to go to court.

The Moore branch is a friendly place to do your banking business. The atmosphere is awesome and all the staff is willing to help you with your banking. Anytime a banking problem comes up, is always answered by the competent and helpful staff. It's a great place for all your banking needs.

This credit union and this branch especially, have become terrible at customer service within the past year. They have all but gotten rid of human interaction and their managers are lazy. Once I get my next check from work I am going to find a new place to do business.I placed my paycheck in the machine like normal and a hold was placed on it. I went inside to see why. The manager said everyone was in a meeting and nothing could be done for a couple of hours. I left and called the 800 and was able to get it released within 10 minutes. Just don't be lazy.

Do not work with Denise Sanchez. She is very nice but she does not know her job well enough and I have a feeling no one is supervising to make sure she knows what she is doing. I refinanced my vehicle with them and was not impressed from the moment she went over the offer with me. I help people refinance their vehicles for my current job. When I present an offer, I make sure to disclose EVERYTHING that I have included in their loan and monthly payment. I had to ask Denise the right questions in order to find out that she added a couple thousand dollars worth of product that I did not want/need. She could not answer my questions about the extended warranty she sold me. That is awful because if you are going to make commission off of expensive products you are selling, you should definitely be able to answer any questions. Or at least be willing to go ask someone else to get the answer, which she did not do. I asked her when I could start using the extended warranty I purchased and she replied "maybe wait about a month"... WHAT?! On top of that, she never gave me my member number or told me how to gain access to my account online, which I specifically asked for. I ended up having to call and get someone else to send me the form I need to fill out to have the access I need. I should have just stayed with Capital One. Their rates tend to be higher but they have it together and they make all details about your loan available to you from the very beginning.

Well they overdraft your account on a regular basis, and take days to return it if they can even figure out why it was overdrafted to begin with, then they charge 100$ service fees for simple transactions and don't even warn you about it , they can't tell you what you owe on a loan if it's combined, and they never answer the phone ,or return calls, instead they say that they are in meetings all day long to avoid resolving the issue, sometimes you can't even make your payment because they're system is down and then they charge you a late fee for they're incompetence...it just doesn't make sense to do any business at oecu, I'll be doing any future business elsewhere...

I watched several YouTube videos to see how this process works. It was fascinating to watch. After watching the videos, it’s allowed me to gain trust of the on-site shredding. I’ve used RiteWay Shredding in the past. A great company!

Whether I am at the drive through or doing banking inside, the staff is very engaging and helpful. They go beyond just deposited money or questions I might have in order to print information and call about issues such as improvements in increasing my investments. I've had a variety of loans at one of the lowest credit union rates and never any problems.

I showed up about 6:45 this morning and the nice man helped me so I didn’t have to wait in the dark until 7:00. I paid $10.00 to shred 10 years of old paperwork. It was easy and he was really polite and helpful!
