I would like to give 5 stars to Sarge, Dr. Sparky, and the lady who checked me in. I've never felt more cared for inspired to get better. 4th stage COPD is not easy but these guys relieve my fears, and encourage me to meet life head on!! Yeah for beautiful people!! Thank you

The wait time is horrible! I recommend going else where if it is anything of importance! The lack of concern received was alarming as well. Would not recommend.

I was scolded and yelled at by a RN named Summer because she thought she told me something about me not being allowed to leave when I take someone to the ER for pain medication. The funny thing is she didn't tell me anything as to what we could or could not do?!? When I tried to explain she didn't tell me anything and she didn't say a word before I left, she gave me a lot of attitude, she was combative, defensive, just completely rude to me and the patient.Update: The care service and response time has been much better lately for my Mom. Thank you!

This hospital sucks had me and my son there for at least 6 hours and no results no medication anything! Wouldn’t take my dog here…

We are currently here for my daughter and I'm completely blown away by the RN on staff tonight. He is absolutely amazing. So awesome that I didn't want to wait to write a review (in case I forgot).He's patient, explaining every single step of what he's doing, explaining all the meds and just genuinely awesome.Thank you Brian, we already appreciate you!

*The response is very condescending, as if the 4 hour wait was the only problem I experienced. No mention of the awful "service" provided.Absolutely a terrible experience. Waited almost 4 hours to be seen all of two minutes. We were sent to some weird side room because they were supposedly out of beds. A dentist sent me specifically to the ER because I needed an antibiotic IV because my infection wasn't responding to amoxicillin. After telling the doctor this, he rolled his eyes. Tells me I need to have the tooth pulled. Like I'm an idiot and didn't know my infected tooth needs to get pulled. The dentist said it COULDN'T be pulled until the antibiotics were given. He didn't even check the huge knot under my eye or the one on my jaw. I waited for the antibiotics he was supposed to call in to the pharmacy, and that never happened either. This hospital, like almost ALL medical facilities, is a joke. But I'm sure I'll still get a bill for a few thousand dollars. Thanks for nothing.

This hospital used to be amazing, always treating people with respect and care but it has gone wayyyy down hill, the receptionist Lucia hung up on me tonight after she made an error first sending prescriptions to an incorrect pharmacy then once AGAIN sending it to an incorrect pharmacy and they wouldn’t correct it because of the type of medication, absolutely no empathy for the fact that I now have to drive 30 minutes from my house for a mistake that THEIR staff member made and was like well idk what you want me to do I gave you the complaints number. This is a HOSPITAL they are supposed to provide care and that’s not what was done this time.

Worst ER! Wait is forever only for them to take others that came after you that weren’t even as bad before you. My poor daughter cried so much we ended up just taking her elsewhere.

Please be aware they only have crutches in a vending machine that only takes cash! I was brought here in an ambulance because I sprained my ankle it was a resprain and because of this I believe way more painful than it should have been. I didn't know at the time but it was a grade three muscles ripped. I was in so much pain I was crying and when I got there they put me in a room and left me alone for an hour in agony without even checking on me even though the rooms were empty. When the X-ray tech finally came in she was so rude and I even found out she lied on my patient records saying I refused the X-ray even though I absolutely did not. She wanted a side x-ray of my ankle and I turned as far over as I could on my side to get her that angle and she kept trying to grab my ankle herself even though I was in so much pain! I was trying my best to get over on my side but it was so painful! She then just left. Not only that but this was a portable x-ray machine! With the ability to just turn the machine part itself to get whatever angle you need instead of the person moving!!! Then the nurse came in trying to give me ibuprofen and I simply explained to her that I could not take that as I have autoimmune gastritis and it is dangerous to do so because I also sometimes get ulcers and have a history of them and nsaids and sometimes even other pain meds cause it to flare. I later found out that her bad attitude towards me was likely due to the X-ray lady lieing when I read the notes on the Norman regional portal. Do not go here place sucks. Being a nurse or doctor is the perfect opportunity to show compassion and caring. Not add on to someone's misery and pain.

I thought I had a blood clot in my leg so I walked in a little after lunch time. Everyone was very friendly and explained all my concerns. It took about 3 hours but that was expected to have so many tests etc. The technicians and nurses did a great job, and the nurse practitioner took his time with me as if he was concerned and not just another patient.

I do NOT recommend going here. I was left in a room for over two hours alone with no form of treatment. I was treated like absolute trash and given my release papers. I spent $600 to be told there was nothing they could do for me because they did not want to treat me. If you have pretty colored hair, tattoos, or skin color other than white - you'll be treated like a second class citizen. I will risk death over going to this ER again. The unprofessionalism is insane.

I hate to say it but the bad reviews are correct. My appointment was on the second floor suite 201 to be exact. The lady that checked me in is the first receptionist that you come to when you walk in. She was rude and condescending. When I first checked in she told me I needed to wear a mask. I looked around and noticed not only was I the only minority in there I was the only one with a mask. That made feel uncomfortable especially since I was not there for an illness. I don’t want to think that she’s racist so I’ll just say she needs to be trained on customer service.

We only required the diagnostic lab portion of the hospital. Nonetheless, the facility itself was clean and bright, the front desk personnel greeted us immediately and we were checked in quite quickly. The wait time to go back was under 5 minutes and the phlebotomist who attended to my daughter called her fears and was done in the blink of an eye. Great job NRH.

This is the first time I've ever been here. I am shocked about the reviews that I see on here. This hospital is phenomenal I thought I was having a stroke and they took care of me immediately. I would highly recommend coming here Dr. Raines, Debbie, Christy and Katelyn all of this staff are fantastic. I definitely give this place a two thumbs up
