Terrible.Forced to find a new pharmacist due to company changing insurance. Got questioned about the fact my scripts were pain meds and what other meds I would be bringing over, which were a few. Thought that was odd, but the whole pain meds concern is understandable, I guess.Called a couple days after they got my script and was told my doctor needed to fill out paperwork to get it filled. Got that done and stopped by to check on it and I was told they only had enough stock for me to get, basically, 8 days, even though it is 1 month script, meaning if I chose that, I would have to go to my doctor again and get another prescription 8 days later. They could not tell me any of that when I called earlier in the day.Wish I could have stayed with my CVS pharmacist.

This is a great pharmacy. I was running behind and I called to see if they would stay open for an extra 20 minutes for me to get there. And they did! I love this place. Such great people. Thank you for staying open late for me!

Very very very unprofessional as a business owner myself, I would fire my employees for treating people the way the dark haired young lady treated me today. It’s sad to see such bad customer service. I visited 2 pharmacy’s today the first one was midtown drug downtown. And I’m not lying when I say he has got to be the nicest person I’ve ever met and I will drive 30 min to see him. But it was also my first time at Moore rx and I can garuntee I won’t be back as long as that young lady is working the front counter. Owner seems like a gentlemen and the other young lady seemed nice as well. But dealing with that one girl ruined it for me, as long as she’s there I won’t be filling anything there. I wish I knew her name but she had no name tag but it’s the only girl their with dark hair

Intern Lauren was extremely rude over the phone. I understand rules. I do nort understand being rude to customers. I will not be back.

This place absolutely never opens at 9 am. They show up anywhere between 8 to 25 mins late every time I try. Today 3 employees showed up more than 17 minutes late.

They deserve a million stars. I love them. Professional. Caring. Friendly. Helpful. Well regulated and well ordered. Extraordinary customer service. They greet me by name and I know their names. The establishment is convivial, and cozy. They often have Friends on in the lobby, which is my favorite show and very comforting. Chairs to rest while you wait, which is always the perfect amount of time. They take the proper amount of time with their customers, but keep the flow of business efficient. Cold Drinks are available. Basic pharmacy items. Candles. This place is so cute and nostalgic. Reminds me of the pharmacy my mom went to, when I was a kid. If I moved out of Moore. I would still commute to come pick up my family's prescriptions at Moore RX. I adore them.

Their delivery service has caused me immense grief, to the point where i no longer want to bother with them. When i started it was all good, they called to confirm they got it in and that i wanted it mailed and i got it the next day or two days after.now pretty much every other prescription gets horrendously delayed or lost. once i had my medicine withheld at the post office for postage due because they sent it under the wrong label type. i was just told "that doesn't usually happen."these days i only get a text that they have received the prescription and then i have to play a game of seeing how long i can wait before i hound them about not having received it.now im done. my prescription was sent in on a tuesday, i called the following friday and they said that they put it in the mail on thursday. fine. its still not here on monday, i call again and THIS time they say they put it in the mail on friday and they also say they sent replacements and billed me for them too. so no. regardless of the truth i FEEL lied to and disregarded. Their mail order system is not operating at the standards their in person interactions are.if you live close to them, sure. go for it. nice folks. if you want mail service or dislike having to make and receive phone calls for every minutia then dont bother. theres no tracking, no online check system, just waiting, uncertainty, and frustration.Im tired. im done. ill suffer the chain pharmacies because when it comes to my healthcare getting my medicine is more important than supporting a finicky small business.
