Completely unprofessional and completely disrespectful and it’s very disappointing to be treated so poorly, i went in and i got help from Aretha and her attitude and snobby responses made me very uncomfortable and upset. she made my presence fell unwelcome and i’m very disappointed. such bad manner-ship and unfit work ethic. Other staff was very helpful and supportive! still will be going here.

Been banking there for 14 years and they've always been good to me. Not looking to change banks, I'm satisfied with Midfirst and their customer service reps are always cheerful and helpful.

I stood and waited forever while a cashier was watching another cashier work with a customer. I thought they were working together until a car came to the drive-through and suddenly this cashier could be freed up to go help the car while I still stood there. After getting the cars information she finally helped me. I agree with the other reviews. This is a very slow branch. Needs better management.

Everytime I go through the drive thru, whether or not there is no cars or 4 cars, it's take minimum 10 minutes, but usually more.

I have had a savings Acct with MidFirst for over 30 yrs and was never charged a monthly fee until 2022. I went in to the 5th st branch on 9-26-22 and requested my acct be closed. They never closed it, charged me again and after 2 bank visits and a phone call it took 32 days for the acct to be closed. I was told they would email me when it was closed but it took a 3rd visit to a different branch (because I lost all confidence in this Moore branch) to find out it was closed on 10-27-22…

Pretty good bank. Excellent mobile and online services. My only complaint is when using the business drive thru, the teller refused to open the slide even when I have my deposit in hand and holding it out. I always have to say , I have a deposit before they even consider opening it

Took far too long in drive thru with only 2 cars. This is not the first time this has happened. May start looking for a new bank, since this one does not value the customers time!

Been with midfirst for years.. have never used this location other then the atm and will not be using it again.. The girl behind the counter set and talked with another person for 10 mins about people they had met all while I was standing In line.. there was 1 person handling multiple drive thru lanes while 2 employees set in their butts in the office until they were called and looked rather upset that they were called out.. the customer service here is a joke and I recommend any other midfirst location before this one
