From start to finish, a wonderful experience. We got multiple quotes from different vendors and not only was Metro Flooring priced the best, but it involved the least amount of pressure. They simply wanted to make sure we were happy with our decision and informed about their product. Perhaps the best part of the experience, however, was the actual install itself. Juan and his team were super friendly and worked so hard to get this massive job done. In only 5 days, they completed the demo and install of 2400 sq ft of flooring, and made sure to cater to our needs of being able to work from home. Absolutely cannot recommend this company enough if you're looking to replace or update your floors. Thank you!

We shopped around to a few different vendors and metro flooring 1) gave us the best quote 2) did it the quickest 3) were the easiest to work with. Vicky was our salesperson. She was so responsive, and her zero pressure approach was a huge factor in our decision to go with this company. Then our crew was fantastic. Juan, Viviana, and Carlos were reliable, trustworthy, and communicative. They took such good care of our things and this job. And then, best of all, they finished ahead of schedule and our floors are BEAUTIFUL. I could not be happier.

From the salesman Bill to the Luis’s crew, they were all prompt, professional and courteous. I had concerns about the transition from our kitchen to the new tile in the living room. Luis cut our existing tile back a half a tile and made the transition look like it was all newly laid. The original quote is exactly what the final cost was.It’s good to know there are still companies out there that do exactly what they say will do. I highly recommend.

Metro Flooring & Design actually deserves no stars for their lack of communication and loss of customer trust. In 2017, we had installed tile in our home and they did a great job. Earlier this year, we scheduled a repair job which required us to find obsolete tiles in another state and purchase grout & caulk. When informed that their contractor was unavailable due to a personal matter, we were willing to wait. The problem is the lack of communication from anyone. When you go to the store, everyone is friendly and will say “oh, I will follow up”. All we asked was to receive some type of status whether next week, next month or never. I am glad that we did not use them for other tile work in our home; am sure we would still be waiting.EDITED TO ADDIt is unfortunate that someone at this company has chosen to respond by implying that I’m lying, yet it also proves my point of poor customer service and communication. The facts:--I had been in communication with the owner in July 2022 about a potential foundation problem, took his advice, and got the foundation assessed. A foundation repair company deemed the problem cosmetic, and this was communicated to Metro. At no time did “a crack suppression system” come up, either with the owner or the repair person, whom I only communicated with once. If that system had been mentioned, I would have asked for a quotation. I had previously been very happy with Metro Flooring’s work and considered them for a shower remodel this year. A quotation for that and the tile repair was requested. On January 12, the salesperson/designer came to the house to measure for a potential new shower and assessed the tile damage. She needed to follow up with the owner. In a text on 2/2/23, “This is _ from Metro Flooring in Moore. I apologize for the delay in getting back to you. I’ll get your approximate quote to you soon. We’re trying to figure out the best option for your kitchen floor. How many extra tiles do you have?” The next day, my wife replied that there were four. On 2/8/23 she texted, “I hope you’re doing well. We are unable to purchase your existing kitchen tile from our multiple vendors. If you can find and purchase it, **we can fix it** [emphasis added], but we need more than what you have broken—at least double. When removing the cracked tile, installers run the risk of breaking surrounding tile, so we need to be sure we have plenty of extra. With just 4 at your home, we don’t.” I worked with your team on ideas for locating discontinued tiles, found them, and had them shipped to me from Nebraska. This was communicated to Metro Flooring. The repair person left me a message on 3/19/23, “Hey Joe this is _. I’m with Metro Flooring that asked me to call you and get with you on some repairs you might need done if you want to give me a call back at _ come out and check that out for you this week.” I called him back, and he asked me to purchase the grout to ensure the color was the right match. This was this *only* contact I had with the repair person as, sadly, in mid-April, there was a death in his family. The job was put on hold, quite understandably. Nevertheless, the fact that he asked me to purchase grout indicated that he was fine with doing the repair, and he never mentioned a “crack suppression system.” Since then, I have been in the store several times to inquire about the status of the job, and no one ever expressed that the repairs were *not* going to be done or that a “crack suppression system” was necessary. In fact, the employees’ reactions were shock and surprise that the repair person had not called me back. They indicated, several times, that they would reach out to him. I have no idea what happened with those inquiries as *no one* ever called me back. Because direct communication, even in person, was ineffective, I felt that there was no other option but to post the review, informing other potential customers that they may encounter the same communication and customer service issues.

7 years ago we purchased wood flooring for 3 bedrooms and the hallway. 1st year floor in hall raised up a foot due to moisture and finally had to rip it out and found a large hole in the floor that wicked moisture that molded and rotted the floor. Currently we are ripping out middle bedroom which so far has 2large holes. Front bedroom has 2 dark spots which are most likely to be same problem. Installer should have brought it to someone's attention so it could be fixed. Thousands of dollars later still not done. Poor installation job..There are 2 holes made by a 1 x 4 used toHold a concrete form 8 inches deep into dirt only a blind man could not see and definitely not done while poping up rotten wood.The original hole in the hall wad a 2 x 4 also used to hold cement form. None reported by installer. Final photo was 2 x 4 in hall which your expert fixed the 2nd time it was laid but originally floor was laid over this hole.

Best experience we have ever had with any type of home improvement related service. From the consultations with Vicky all the way thru the installation process, everything was 5 star! The two contractors that did our work were outstanding as well, great attitudes and very courteous.

They did an awesome job! Someone came out to measure on Monday and we had new carpet by Thursday. I would recommend 100 times over. Now my parents have had someone come out to measure after seeing how great of a job they did!

My husband and I recently moved and want to update the flooring in one of the rooms, so we came to this business, since it states it has vinyl planks, which we were interested in for this project. The woman who came over to us was extremely rude and dismissive. It was some of the worst customer service I've experienced, and we went elsewhere to buy our flooring. Over time we'll probably work on the bathrooms and make various upgrades, but I will not spend a dollar here. And I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I love supporting local businesses but never awful people.

Out comparing carpet & tile today. Was happy with the sales woman, Teresa. She spent around 2 hrs with us. Didn't feel rushed. Very knowledgeable and professional. Update 4/6/22 3 installers had my 4 bedrooms & Living room carpet installed within 4 hrs. Awesome job by all 3. Very professional and very friendly. Planning on installing hardwood floors or Wood looking tile in the rest of my house.

Vicky was very helpful and professional. She kept in contact and always answered my questions promptly. The store is very nice and has a very good selection of flooring. I found exactly what I was looking for. Even when what I wanted was out of stock, Vicky helped me find something I loved just as much.

Metro Flooring did an Outstanding job on our tile flooring/carpeting! From the initial contract estimates and product samples brought to our home, all the way to the finishing details, was seamless. The Metro Lead, Bill Schober, was really helpful on our questions and patience on when we could get the project started. It was enlightening to have such a great crew of technicians who paid attention to everything they did from the moving of furniture, to protecting our walls, cabinets, appliances, and then observing the careful detailed approach to getting the flooring prepped, cleaned and then immaculately installed. It was literally like observing the timeless detailed fabrication of a Leonardo Davinci artpiece....I actually talked to the installation technicians after completing the job and told them they were the "Davinci Crew" of precision tile installation! Hats off to the Metro team, and if you've been on the fence about getting started with your flooring project....jump off, and drop in and see the team at Metro to get you off and running, and put your concerns aside as their work, care, and attention to detail is second to none.

A month ago we picked out back splash and scheduled our installation date at that time. We had our counter tops installed by a different company so when they were running late yesterday I called Metro to tell them they were running late. I let them know that if they didn't show up I would call them. They eventually did show up and now we are waiting on our back splash. We have exposed walls and no water in the kitchen while we are waiting on our back splash to be installed. I called Metro this morning as I have not heard from them on the time for today,. They proceeded to tell me that they rescheduled us (without letting us know) for Friday!!! This is very inconvenient for us. Very unprofessional. I will never use this place again.
