Crystal was bery polite and extremley knowledgeable about every mattress that we asked her about I was very impressed. She allowed us to look and stepped in only when we appeared to have questions which was very thoughtful. James did a great job assisting Chrystal in Putting together an amazing Package. I need to go back to mattress firm because I had a great experience there 10 years ago when I bought my Previous mattress. Crystal and James did not disappoint. We were very impressed thank you.
