As a woman buying several sheets of plywood, I wouldn't think that I would have had to ask for help loading it into my truck. They didn't get 2 people to load it in my truck, I had to help the guy. It's not like they were busy either......

Cashiers and employees were so friendly and nice to me and my daughter. She built a project there and had such a great experience. I was also happy when I saw they had the faucet covers in stock right at the front of the store.

I will never go to Lowe's in moore Oklahoma again, management area joke go to Home Depot you get a lot more respect again management are Idiots along with most of the staff I been dealing with lowes 35 years or longer. DONE

Associates are usually friendly. Has more of a selection and more inventory on sale than Lowes on 74th.

Danna at the pro Desk is awesome to work with. she helps you find the right product you need for your job. its nice to see someone who will return your call ? and actually do what they say they will do for you. What a breath of fresh air. for Lowe's to have someone that understands and is willing to give the Real Customer Service to their customers.

I'm disappointed with the curbside pickup option. I ordered my items on the 12th and thought I can pick up my order in a few hours and noticed my order was on "pending" for over 4hrs. I call to check on my order and the lady told me that my order is not available until the 18th. I don't understand why I have to wait a few days for a few items I will not be using the curbside pickup option anymore.

WARNING ⚠️ Lowe’s don’t exchange!!!!My dad who is has been struggling with pancreatic cancer for almost 2 years . The one thing he still has strength for is making out of wood but the garage is getting cold so he bought a Dewalt heater on November 16th suddenly quit working 10 days later . Since he can no longer drive I took him to Lowe’s to simply exchange it. Johnny the manager refused to exchange it. We then talk to Andy at Dewalt and told us to go back with his information and phone number. Again, Johnny refused that! Andy at Dewalt was extremely shocked!Now my poor dad was to told he had to take it to fed ex and send it back and wait for Dewalt to simply exchange it smh! The one thing he still enjoys is on hold since he really needs a working heater out in his garage . . Lowe’s really didn’t care!

This was the worst experience I have ever had.I called and got the run around. So on a Saturday I went up there. They assured me they had everything meaning the RA from Frigidaire. I picked out a different fridge. Monday Lowe’s picked up my damaged fridge. I called Wednesday and got tossed around to several people in different departments in different states. Thursday morning I called and got tossed around to different people again. So I went up there. Lady up front said she was a manager would take care of me. She said they just got you RA and processed it. Ok they said they had that Saturday. Also the fridge you want is a special order. It will come from Dallas. But guaranteed delivery Friday. This lady was full of lies. I got a email later saying my Frigidaire not GE will be delivered Friday. WHAT! So I called and the boy said I remember you hold on. Well he never came back. I called again and got someone who told me that fridge is completely sold out. I said why didn’t she just tell me that I would have picked another fridge. So now I’m getting a Frigidaire that I don’t want. Lowe’s needs to chooses better employees.

I just can't believe the cost of stuff,Christmas stuff and we pay it,didn't have in stock what I needed,stuff in Isles with no organization, self checkout staff was nice
