Terrible customer service at returns and a rip off. I bought a $65 shirt originally and it was a size smaller so returned it the next day with a $60 shirt and I still had to pay $5 extra. When I questioned and asked why am I having to pay $5 extra when the shirt I just replaced the originally shirt with is $60 and the original shirt I bought yesterday was $65. They didn’t give me an answer. I got frustrated after going back and forth for 10 mins and just paid the $5 extra. Won’t be returning here. I recommend buying your clothes from somewhere else.

The young lady at customer service was very friendly & did not get my return all jacked up. As per my usual procrastinatory, last-minute mad-dash to beat the clock, my expired Kohl's cash was able to be redeemed & used on stuff that I absolutely did not need. In the last available minutes of the last day of the Kohl's Cash expiration grace period (Day 10@8:15 pm), the lovely ladies at Kohl's tolerated my dodeling around while I searched to find my laser level & remote caddy. Thanks, ladies, for your endless abundance of patience for the dodeling ding-dong in the Random Stuff section. You are greatly appreciated!

Waited on the phone for 25 minutes to see if they had a skin product transferred the call 25 times back and forth within that time frame trying to transfer me to the girl that worked in Sephora she didn’t even know how to answer her phone and had no knowledge about what I was looking for people don’t even try and aren’t worthy at handing out cheeseburgers at McDonald’s need to be working at a hospital for old people and maybe they would start to care a little more

I received help in purchasing a bracelet. The employee was friendly and helpful. There was a line checking out, but there were at least 6 cashiers, and the line moved swiftly.

I went for an Amazon return and to shop. The Amazon return took alot longer than in the past. There is one lady that is super fast at it but wasn't there. They always have nice employees. I was trying to look at floor cleaners. They had a wide variety of them, but most of them weren't priced, so I left without one.

The Moore Kohl’s location is now my “go to” store even though it’s farther away than my local store. Excellent selection of items in most if not all categories (comparable to “pre-Covid” days) AND items I haven’t seen at other locations. My only quibble is that checkout can be slow: the cashiers really do a great job of trying to sell customers on applying for a Kohls charge card at the register (which IS part of their job, but it does slow down the checkout process, and only a limited number of registers are available.).

I had a lady named Lisa check me out she was nice at first then I noticed how she was talking to her associates. She was very rude and stuck up and was belittling them I had a amazing experience outside of her.

I was shopping today at Kohl's. I was able to use my Kohl's cash and my 30% off. Judy was very helpful and awesome in getting all my savings. I love coming here to Kohls in Moore.
