We have been using this storage facility for a couple years now and they're fantastic! Caroline really has been great! She has gone out of her way working with us when my husband was out of work for a little bit. We stayed in touch and she let us catch up our payments..never had any issues getting into our unit when needed, we know our belongings are safe, and she is always quick to respond should we ever text! Have had my stuff stored here for over a year now. I have never had any trouble with the management, the property or the units. The property grounds are kept VERY clean and the units are easily accessible once inside the fence. I don't see any reason to use any other place to store my possessions. AAA+++ grade all around from me, I will recommend highly for any storage needs!

I waited in the hot sun for a reservation. No one answered the door. It was so hot that I could not wait no more and left. I was excited to get a storage unit and now I just don’t want anything to do with a storage unit because of this place. Very poor service. When you call you don’t even get to talk with the person on-site either. Very poor service. I hope they hire a person that doesn’t use drugs either. The person on-site seemed to be slurring her words while their customer service did not understand why I called them. Totally poor service. I’m a Veteran and I would not ever recommend it to any service member. Very poor service.

Storage facility is Keepsake Storage in Moore, OK. The manager and maintenance are both onsite 24/7. Both friendly and make you feel at ease. We have not experienced a single issue. Both work well with you and (I believe) they go out of their way without a second thought. Both work with your needs. 24/hr onsite manager, maintenance and surveillance. We will not store anywhere else!!
