I have been trying to a couple weeks now to get quotes. I’ve filled out two online forms. I’ve called at least 4 times and I have emailed. I finally got someone to email me back and I asked if I could just sent my current insurance docs over so they could quote me for the same thing. She said I could, then I never heard back. Seven days went by and I followed up. She said she never received everything so she never gave a quote(no one ever reached out and told me they didn’t received everything) also, I looked at my email thread and everything had been sent. She finally sent a quote and it was just for a slingshot. I also sent two cars and my home information. I’m very sad about this because I was recommended to them but I cannot wait weeks for a quote, it’s getting a little ridiculous at this point.

I've used both Moore/Norman Jim Holmes locations and would like to say that everyone that I've ever encountered at either of them have been exceptionally great! However, now that I'm currently going through the Moore branch, I would like to personally point out what a phenomenal job the manager does! No matter how busy she is, she ALWAYS gets back to you in a timely manner with all the best ways in which she can help you with and not to mention her vibrant down to earth personality that makes you feel like you've known her for years! In times where good customer service is practically NON- existent, she is like a breath a fresh air - and If I ever get rich, I'm taking her with me!?
