Doctors and staff were able to help me out pretty quick and we're very friendly. Also gave me options for payment since I don't have health insurance atm. Will definitely go back if needed

Came in with severe pain. Nurse was incredibly rude didn’t provide any care or reassurance. Doctor came in did the most minimal exam possible wrote it off and said they would treat symptoms. Next time we saw the nurse was when she came in through a heated blanket over and left the blanket almost missed the bed and she turned around before it even landed. Took over an hour for them to even get a Iv started. The tech let us know that the needles are bad and caused massive anxiety. Worst ER we have ever been too would recommend driving half and hour or more to find any other ER.

My nurse, Karen, was exceptionally kind but beyond her this place is a scam!!! Came in for rectal and urine bleeding, my doctor John Harrison was cold and rude! I was overcharged for everything and told ‘we don’t know what’s wrong with you so go figure it out for yourself’. After multiple tests proving I was bleeding I was given no medication and no answers. Still in excruciating pain and still bleeding but I’m not going to another doctor to be told the same thing with another $1,000 charge! This “hospital” is a scam and I hope nurse Karen gets out before it goes under! Nurse Karen is a saint!

The doctor here was so incredibly rude and had no knowledge of anything. He would not help me, told me no ibuprofen from him, he cannot help me. I left in tears! I could not believe what was happening!!!

I had the worst experience.
I would not ever take anyone I love here.
Dr Keeton was bizarrely rude, cold and apathetic.
I genuinely hope she gets the help or the time off it seems she needs.
Saw me twice and had a condescending and questioning attitude.
I came in for passing out, numbness of hands and feet, blurred vision, weakness, trouble breathing, shakes and at the time I was very confused and trying to stay conscious.
It was really scary.
I was questioned what I wanted her to do.
I obviously came here because I needed help and did not know what was going on or what to do. I am paying for them to help me…
She only came in twice but immediately tagged me as an anxiety case from the minute I came in.
Did an IV, ran tests, didn’t go over any test results or any further assistance was given said “everything on our end looks good”,
I was taken off IV and given my discharge paperwork with a pamphlet on anxiety.
While I did not feel I could walk properly and was still feeling very unwell and scared I was sent over to an office to pay.
It was obvious she wanted a quick discharge diagnosis and my patient notes were laughable. It’s really interesting some things were filled out and examinations were noted that were not done or true, her notating “dizzy” and “tearful” obviously shows how out of touch she was.
I truly don’t know what she wanted me to do, beg for more help?
It was obvious she had no intention of helping the minute I came in and I literally did not have the energy to beg for further help.
I truly felt very uncomfortable being there.
It made the whole situation worse.
Made me question ever using Integris again.

Ive been having extreme difficulty finding a primary care dr for about three weeks now. Hours and phone calls and dozens of dead ends lead me here for my overwhelming anxiety that has been bringing on many physical side effects.
All the staff were patient, understanding, and kind. I am so happy they could help me. I lucked out and was in and out in an hour!
Great experience!

I would give this Hospital zero Stars if I could my mom came up here for nerve damage in her foot and the doctor Point Blank refused to look at her foot or help her in any way he literally said what do you expect me to do I'm not a foot doctor call your foot doctor well why are you a doctor at an emergency room then you're a joke for anyone that wonders who I'm talking about it's the Indian man with the mustache and a beard he's a quack that would be better served as a duck never coming back here again and I will be reporting him to the Oklahoma State Medical Board on Monday

This hospital is a JOKE. I went into ER in excruciating pain. The doctor’s bedside manner was INCONSIDERATE, and just flat out RUDE. He and his nurse both hated their jobs that day and because of it I PAID FOR IT. The doctor told me on numerous accounts that I “needed to calm down I was making it worse” is that something you say to someone in pain?! So bad I can’t quit shaking or even begin to sit still.. I told the nurse that I needed her to double check my throat if the doctor did not see white spots because I personally saw them for myself when looking in a mirror prior to coming in. She looked an arms width away from me without a light or any concern for a whole .5 second and said “nope there’s nothing “ my husband and I were baffled at the care or lack of care he witnessed and I received. They gave me meds and fluids and sent me on my way with no answers at all for the pain I was suffering through. They wanted me in and out and they couldn’t have been more clear about it. We paid them close to $300 out of pocket that night for our copay.
Fast forward, around 24 hours later, mind you I’m home and still in the absolute worse pain I call up there to ask if I come back, am I able to see a different doctor because I did not want to see the same staff. They told me they could not tell me what doctor was on duty. So I went to another hospital that evening where I was diagnosed with Mono within 15 minutes of my exam!!
A month later and they’re billing me over $1,000.
I filed a grievance against community to dispute my bill because of staff that evening, the proof I have in writing where I was diagnosed at the next hospital, I have my full exam notes from the next hospital I saw, and the white spots I told the nurse about are the spots that gave the doctor who did help and do her job, the reason to run a mono test) you know the spots I told them I saw that they said weren’t there!!!
The witness I have who was present with me beside himself as well with the lack of care and the way we were treated, or WERE NOT treated really!! They call me today to tell me that after their investigation within their hospital walls I still owe $1,000 (shocker) These people are a JOKE. They just want your MONEY. If you are in pain or need serious help KEEP DRIVING to the next hospital sign you see! Would NOT recommend stopping here!
Wish I’d of read reviews before going, it seems this has been a trend for them!!

My wife had been vomiting and had diarrhea for about a day and a half. Went here and they checked us in quickly and the nurse began getting vitals and taking blood. After about 20mins they gave her an IV and she instantly felt better. Nurses and doctors kept checking on us. It was a great visit ? thank you for the assist

Horrible hospital. Horrible doctors that have no bed side manners. They dismiss people and what the symptoms are. They don’t listen to what meds you are allergic to. They gave my wife meds she can’t have.. never go here…

Do not take your loved ones here!!!
Who TF do they have working at places like these anymore?! My sister took my niece in because she has a rash on her cheeks, been running a fever, leg pain, and confusion. They told my sister she had the flu. Didn’t do ANY TESTING WHATSOEVER. Then proceeded to give my sister a lecture about how her 7 year old child needed to start taking pills and told my niece she needed to start listening to her mother. My niece asked for a juice and they told her NO unless she took her medicine. Talk about incompetence at its finest! They didn’t do a flu swab, respiratory panel or anything! Talk about being in that profession just for the money ? They don’t care about people at all!

Absolutely the most caring staff I have ever encountered in an E.R. setting. Then after being discharged I realized I had left my phone on the bed. I called back up to there and Tiffany went above and beyond to help find my phone. Tiffany is the kind of people that we need to help people who are already sick and needs that one person who makes you feel like someone cares. Thank you Tiffany

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. We have used this hospital twice and had the same ER doctor for both occasions. He is HORRIBLE!! We are in the process of filing a complaint and getting the ethnics board involved. Do not go here. Integris needs to look into the staff at this location ASAP!Edit: A response to the below response from Integris: I called Patient Relations before even leaving this review and haven’t received a call back!!

i agree... DO NOT GO HERE... spent 2 days in the hospital here... care was awful... especially the food... billing is IMPOSSIBLE... i called the hospital it says press 6 for billing... next "transferring your call" then it is transferred to oblivion... no connection no pick up... the online billing and customer service is also impossible... i received a bill for my hospital stay have been unable to communicate with any representative of the hospital to resolve the coverage... do not recommend under any circumstances
