Booked an appointment at 5 waited half an hour while someone with a 6p.m. appointment that came in after me was helped before and my tax professor had an unhelpful attitude and an extreme lack of knowledge. This company should be embarrassed.

My taxes have been rejected twice because the tax expert, mary was too busy talking and trying to Google restaurants and in everyone's business to be focused on our taxes. We told her we were on a time crunch to pick up my son and she took literally every call and was not focused on her job. This has never happened before with H&R Block but we we were forced to use this location instead of our usual. Never again. It was my kids socials messed up both times. Focus Mary, focus!
