I’ve had to bring my car here several times and each time has been a great experience. I can drop my car off at any time and they’ve always had it back to me by the next day at the latest. Always very friendly, always giving me whatever current deals they have without me having to ask for them, always recommending services I need and never recommending services I don’t need. I truly enjoy working with everyone at this shop and never worry when I have to bring my car in to have them fix it. I will definitely continue to use their services in the future and recommend them to anyone that needs their vehicles serviced!

Like the appointment system, reduce waiting, no longer available complimentary water, can sodas and popcorn. Still a very friendly and helpful staff.

My experience at Hibdon’s was amazing .. Service advisor was knowledgeable, the work was professional and the wait was minimal. This is my second visit and both were exceptional .. 10/10 would recommend

We made a reservation appointment for Saturday morning at 11am. We arrived at Hibdon at 10am. The manager greeted us and said he canceled our reservation due to overbooking. I told him we were out of state travelling and need that reservation to balance tires as one was out of balance. He said leave it and they will get it in when they can. Then they said bring it in in the morning early and no problem. But there was a problem. The morning crew said that manager is off today so they won't do it. So they booked too many cars in then lied about how they would compensate for their errors. They also blamed corporate for overbooking. I will never use Hibdon again.

Best price on tires for my truck. Service was quick and responsive. They worked me into their schedule very quickly with little notice as I live 100 miles away.

Not just the best Hibdon, but the best tire shop I have ever been a customer of. The manager here, Anthony, is always so present and patient with customers.
