I am looking for my package and was told it was delivered to my door there was no package at my door my apt is #3 on the first floor you have to walk by my apt, he took my package up to the second floor to apt #2 and the label said on it #3 "WHY--WHY", go to #2

When you type FedEx print and go on Google this comes up, but there's no printing here, only shipping.

From the moment I came in, Will was VERY welcoming. He greeted me within 1 step of me entering. I had my own box (which was too big) and Will kindly suggested (but didn't force) a smaller, more accommodating box. I wasn't fully prepared and was having to check my email for details on the shipping, all the while, Will was very patient. Once I thought I had everything, Will looked over it and managed to help me out more than I needed. He and another lady (a black lady, I forgot to ask her name!) were just so nice. She kept up conversation that really eased my mind. Her and Will assured me that everything was okay, even when I kept apologizing for not having everything ready. Will, thank you, so much, even if you aren't the one who reads this. Will showed incredible patience and never once made me feel like I was annoying him or bothering him. This isn't the closest FedEx Office to my house but I will DEFINITELY come back here if I need to ship anything, just because of Will and the other lady being so kind.

Not open on Sundays! Three times I've tried to make copies. Three times I've walked away empty handed. Including the last time when I was told to leave so that an interview could be conducted. Hope whomever gets hired is more professional.

45 lb. delivery, I guess is too heavy for delivery driver to drop of at my door. Notification said delivered to door, but wasn’t and the day after was delivered to the office instead. FedEx is a delivery company, delivery drivers are lazy. I would rather us USPS or UPS.
