Stay away from this Walmart automotive department. The people that were responsible for this non professional experience. Was Manager Larry who didn't really fight to help me but they what his staff said. Will was customer service who started off passive aggressive and then turn into a denier, however these two gentlemen pale in comparison to Emily the supposedly tech. These employees made my morning horrible!!!! I went in for tire and oil change on my car pass model Mercedes. They refuse to prorate tired based in illogic. Next they were going to change my oil but after an hour the came back and said they didn't have the right filter. Next I was looking for the lugs to my Mercedes and had to drive all the way back there only to find that they had wrapped them in white plastic material. So, when I went back they never said it was in something they just said them on the sit! Duh!! How would I know to look in that wrapping paper. So listen don't go here! If you avoid these folks.

ATTENTION EVERYONE DANGER!!!!! Stay away from Wal-Mart Super Center 501 SW 19th Moore Ok is extremely crooked. I went to this Wal-Mart even after I was told about similar incidences that had happened to other people. So I spent 30 to 45 minutes walking around and shopping and then went up to check out. My total came to $200.03, so I paid with a credit card. Then I had to call for help because the register showed that I did not pay, but my card showed pending payment and a message that the transaction was approved. The manager on duty came over and basically told me that I had to pay again or I could not get the merchandise. I then showed him that it was paid for, but he still refused to help unless I paid for the transaction a second time. So I left and called the credit card company and told me that Wal-Mart had to reverse the transaction. So I called the store and talked to the same manager for him to tell me I was screwed and if I didn't like it to bad. I can tell you this I personally know 6 other people who have had similar issues. So I would advise anyone and everyone to shop at any store other than this Wal-Mart Super Center in Moore Ok. Here is an up date on this review. The credit card company said they can see where there was a couple charges of $200.03 denied, then there was a couple of charges for $240.03 denied, and then today they are disputing a charge for $260.03. Then I was able to go and buy the same item for $30.00 cheaper then what Walmart had it for.

Let's start by saying there not worth one star !!!!!! First of all I just sold my house in Colorado Springs came here bought another one !!! Than bought new tv's , pool , etc etc !!!!!!! Well I go to checkout cause I always gotta do it by myself!!!! So no one to help at all as always cause they don't pay there employees good at all !! And I mixed some items so when I proceeded to leave they grabbed my cart and my receipt and tried to embarrass me in front of everyone!!! Told me to go to the back um no not happening!!! Than they went threw each item in front of everyone with my child standing there . As I stood there in front of everyone the busted a** wanna be under cover security named mike was being mean to me and my daughter!!!! Than another wanna be under cover showed up screamed at me told me I guess you wasn't gonna pay the whole time I kept saying I have plenty of money more than y'all most likely !!! Than they still kept trying to get me to go to the back nope !! Not once did they call the police cause I didn't do anything I had money missed items and treated like a dam criminal !!! Than told me I was gonna be banned from all Walmart so what I will banned myself now !!! I shopped here every week spent tons of money !!! I will never ever ever step foot into another Walmart again !!!! And if your smart you won't ether !!!! Rude and well karma is a b**** and the guys where so nasty looking in swimming outfits not very appropriate at all you could see there little dicks and all !!! Your undercover have more class and put some dam clothes on !!!!! Walmart cares about no one target for me and anywhere but this again I hope no one goes through this terrible horrible experience had they trespassed me I would of took legal action if someone is truly a thief you call the police not embarrass them and say mean things !!! But you know why they didn't cause I didn't do anything wrong just forget to scan some items cause your nasty rude store have no employees cause no one wants to work for y'all !!!!!!!

Their grocery app selection is getting bad for this particular location. For over 3 yrs I've been doing pickup from this store. But in 3 yrs, they had refused to add any new food products to the system nor have they gone back and added items I personally know that store to carry but they don't have in the system. Take Blue Bell Ice Cream as an example. I know this store carries every single flavor in the 1/2 gal and pints. Yet the online grocery has at most 3 of the 1/2 gal and 1-2 pints. I understand shortages at the start of the pandemic in 2020, but it's getting ridiculous right now. Jack's Cheese Pizza has been "Out of Stock" for 18 months now. Mrs Dash Extra Spicy is the same. Now I'm told that Wal-Mart as a whole is no longer going to carry those 2 items. Not going to carry a major brand name cheese pizza? Seriously? And Mrs Dash's Extra Spicy is one of their top sellers. Someone's lying here. Lots of items I've bought through the site the last 3 yrs are now either just up and disappearing with no explanation or are now being marked as "Not available for curbside". I'm almost at the point to where I'm going to show up with a barbed wire wrapped bat and sit in someone's office until these questions are answered to my satisfaction and missing items added to the system.

Store is always a mess just like there inappropriate workers and poor attitude towards customers. Associate Josh garden center at 11:22am did not say thank you or greet us out. Clearly this associate does not know how to wear a face mask correctly. Way to go Walmart for setting the bar so low.

They need more employees at the checkouts. Customers are not wearing masks when they come in should make it mandatory.

I deliver Walmart orders. I have currently been waiting well over an hour for the orders. I just received the first order when I asked about the second, the associate told me they would check on it. When she exited, she had another order and ignored me. I called and was told that the order was "still being shopped. Not given any information on its completion. The customers are upset at me for the late deliveries. I have no information to give them. I got two bad reviews because of this, and lose my incentive pay. All because this store can't get it together

Second bad experience in two weeks with grocery pick up- order was 3 hours overdue and they won't give you any idea when it will be ready when you call their customer service line.

Walmart is Walmart. Step in, get what you need, and you go. This Walmart is pretty spacious and it's always clean. Customer service varies on who you speak to, always.

Great place to get groceries. Always fun to explore the different aisles to see the clearance items. Will definitely return...can't believe I hadn't checked in here before. Its a monthly staple visit. Respectfully, Bryan Moore Oklahoma

This Walmart consistently proves themselves to be worst at customer service. From the associates to the manager (Mike). I work for a school district so we do not deal with cash for purchase. Every time I go in to buy gift cards for our employee incentives, there is always drama. They tell me that the purchase of gift cards may only be made with cash or a debit card. I've provided identification etc. The purchase of our incentives have been going on for 10 years at this store and there is always a problem. This time they refused to sell any. I understand gift cards are tricky with the fraud etc. But, I've had proper identification and our school is a well know partner in the community. Just another reason not to deal with Walmart.

This review is strictly for the tire center. Today I was getting my oil changed. From 3:30-5pm to be exact (notice how long this took and there wasn't a line. Not too upset, just yet.) During my 90 minute wait an elderly lady had a few simple questions to ask the black lady working the cash register. I have never seen someone that works in "customer service" be so rude to anyone. I'm amazed she works there and even more amazed the person who trained her works there. Her tone, choice of words and just everything about how she treated that poor woman made me never want to go to this wal mart again. After she treated the customer like garbage, her and the mechanics proceeded to make fun of this lady when she walked away. IN FRONT OF THE OTHER CUSTOMERS. It was amazing, I couldn't believe my eyes. All of them should be fired for that. And I won't be taking my vehicles there or shopping there in the future.

If I can't shop in a cool store I won't go there and this will be the last time this summer. Went to buy groceries before vacation and it was so hot and humid u couldn't breathe. An associate said they don't turn on the air ( controlled by corporate ) til it turns 100 degrees. That doesn't save them any $$ because it will just play catch up and will never get there!!! The associate said she gets so hot she gets sick. No one should have to live like that!

I went in for a return and the lady in customer service was literally talking badly about customers while talking to I assume another employee who was off the clock. Then the older woman proceeded to go on to TRY to say they couldn't do my return because they didn't have the merchandise, then saying I needed to go to the location I purchased the item at, and tried also acting as though my receipt was too old and that's rather odd to me considering it hadn't hit 60 days and they honor them up to 90 days... following this experience I decided to go to the Walmart in Norman for my exchange and groceries. The Norman location customer service manager took care of my exchange in a speedily fashion. Now my husband will take the $1200 we spend monthly at this Walmart to our local target. I know my $1200 won't make such a drastic difference but I hope my review influences you to not go to this Walmart. I would go to the one in Norman for groceries but it's simply too far away. Hopefully karma doesn't come back around to that old woman because what she was putting out isn't something she would want back.
