Leaving 1 star so I can leave review. My car was fixed, yes, but not to completion. I had clear protective cover on hood prior to getting vehicle repaired, then to realize it was not replaced. Eric said he would make it right at my convenience, but never followed through. The communication with the staff was horrible. One day car hadn’t been touched and they needed the payment to buy parts, to a surprise visit the following day and my car was finished. Horrible experience

Erick and his team were awesome! Dropped my car off on Monday and had it back by Saturday. Car looked brand new inside and out after replacing the lift gate and even detailing the inside of the car. Definitely exceeded my expectations! Would recommend to anyone looking for body work in the Moore/OKC area.

Erick was the best when I got T-boned and had to get my truck repaired. He fought for good parts with my insurance to make sure my truck was fixed properly. I’m so thankful I found Prime Collision Works.

I absolutely recommend Prime Collision Works. Erick worked with me to provide top-notch service and didn't stop until I was fully satisfied with the quality of work done. They truly went above and beyond, doing more for me than I had requested, all at a good price (better than other competitors I received estimates from). I had originally requested a replacement of the front bumper, body work and repainting on the passenger side of the car, a repaint on the roof, and a repaint of the rear spoiler and hatch cover, and replace my windshield. Prime Collision Works went ahead and repainted my whole car, as well as buffed out my previously-foggy headlights, AND detailed it inside and out. All without extra cost! Now, my car looked better than when I bought it! Just incredible people and work!

Eric was very honest, straightforward, and exceeded my expectations. They are honest, respectful, and attentive. They went above & beyond. My car looks better now than when I bought it! You will not be disappointed with the service at Prime Collision. I would give them 10 stars if Google would let me.

I brought my car in July, after working with so many shops and constantly getting the run around and not being prioritized, I read the reviews of prime collision works and most of what I was seeing was that they work fast and no hassle and it looked like they did a great job. After meeting with the receptionist my main concern was not being harassed or rushed to pay my out of pocket costs because I am a single mom and I knew i would have a pretty good amount leftover. My concerns were put to rest after being told I could pick it up whenever I was ready. We had a few hiccups in the road to where I didn’t know which way this review would go but I decided to wait it out. My car has been ready since last month and they stayed true to their word that I can pickup whenever I am ready and not to worry about storage costs. It means so much to me the care, concern and consideration I was shown. Eric the mechanic is very knowledgeable and explained everything to where I could understand. The staff stayed on it with my insurance and communicated with me every step of the way. I was told that he even detailed my car which is so very exciting because that was my next stop after picking it up but most shops charge an arm and a leg for detailing. I’m so very happy I chose prime collision works.

Besides being a few days longer than expected I can say nothing but great things....it was worth the wait. From start to finish Erick took care of the car. From not allowing me to cut corners on things to fix at the beginning to the end where he suggested I take this beautiful car in for a detail at another place.
