I won't take my babies anywhere else. We have a spicy senior cat who is a struggle everywhere she's been taken. I have never seen her be so chill with vet techs before! They are PROS. Taking her for appointments is no longer a traumatic experience; we go in, she gets what she needs, and we go home. It's AMAZING!We also have two kittens they've gotten to know and when one of them was acting sick, I brought him in and they took the time to diagnose and prescribe antibiotics. He's doing so much better today and I'm glad they did all the necessary checks and didn't just chalk it up to "cats get sick sometimes."I appreciate their thoroughness and full attention, even when they're crazy busy. The only downside is that they're so busy, you might have to wait a little bit beyond your appointment time. But it's worth it, and you will not regret taking your babies here!

Very friendly people! My pup just went through treatment and had to stay a couple of nights. I picked up my pup and she showed NO signs of trauma. They treated my baby like I do. Loved❤️

We moved to ***** in ****. *************** was our vet, and owner of Eastmoore from day one and she took excellent care of our animals. Then years later found that *************** passed away and sold her business To **************************************** then also provided good care to our pets. We remained at Eastmoore for years, until we took in a special needs rescue dog for an initial ***** check and shots. They didnt give him a second thought. *************** walked in to the room, looked at him, didnt hardly said anything other than \

While initially our experience here was great, and the reason we selected Eastmoor is because Dr. Hicks was the surgeon who saved my dog when she was run over, we have recently not been impressed. We called three weekend ago for my dog to be seen, they referred us to a different vet because they had imaging options Eastmoor doesn’t? She had no imaging done at the second vet. Well she has rapidly declined and has not been walking for 4 days, called to make her an appointment this morning to be seen and they reminded me they are not and emergency vet. Ya I know that, it wasn’t a dire emergency three weeks ago when we called, but seeing a vet that knows her case helps.Dr. Rogers, thanks for replying its under my married name 'Kent' and both my dogs have been seen there- and no worries Greta had to be put down the day we tried to get in and were told you're not an Emergency Vet. We will find a place more accommodating to sensitive issues such as this.

Great with my cat and reasonably priced. Moved here in April and took my cat in for an ear infection and a tooth issue. I was very impressed with how dedicated staff was about not stressing my cat. She's a skittish, spicy girl who does not enjoy going new places. We scheduled dental surgery as well. I had an estimate done right before I moved to Oklahoma when the vet that was clearing her to fly found the dental issue. When I tell you the estimate here was literally half what I was quoted in North Carolina I am not kidding. She did beautifully through the surgery, staff was very kind and communicative, and the vet we saw was super nice.

EDIT TO ADD: The owner/vet called me this morning to “apologize” but then proceeded to ask me to delete my review LOL! Who knows how many other low reviews have been deleted because of this. You can do as you wish but we will be keeping our animals far away from here!If I could give zero stars, I would. We took our cat here for the 2nd time yesterday and we won’t ever be back. The first time we took her, the vet techs were taking her temp and when they put the thermometer up her butt, she snapped at one of the vet techs and got her (something that happens probably VERY often with cats and quite frankly I would bite someone too if they did that). I was SO apologetic to the vet & vet techs and felt so bad when it happened because our cat had never done that to anyone or any previous vet before. Anyway, the service was fine the first time and so when we needed to see a vet immediately yesterday (our cat had a string wrapped around her tongue) we decided to go back. We took her in and the first thing the secretary said was like “oh you’re checking in the mean cat” and just kept making comments about how our cat was so mean/bad ???? Anyway, we decide to proceed with the service because it was emergent and ended up having to leave her there because she needed sedation to get the string untied from around her tongue. We go to pick her up at the end of the day and again, the secretary continued to make more rude remarks regarding our “mean cat” bc of incident that happened the first time we took her a few months back. On top of that, once we picked our cat up and took her out to the car, her carrier and her fur were both covered in pee. They let my cat sit in her own piss for who knows how long??????? I am highly disappointed in the customer service/lack of sympathy that this business has. How can I feel comfortable leaving my cat there ever again when they made it very clear they don’t like her?? How do I know they’re treating her well? Obviously they’re not if she’s coming home soaked in her own piss. The veterinarian did help us out both times but the rest of the employees suck! Would not recommend bringing your pet here unless you want them to talk bad about your animals who are clearly in discomfort/distress.

I have never had such a horrible experience with a vet before, which is such a slap in the face when you’re already dealing with an emergency with your fur baby. Seriously, what a way to add salt to a wound. The employees at this office either need to get it together and learn how to read the room, or get into a different line of work because when a person is dealing with an emergency, the last thing you should do as a sympathetic professional is shame them. This should be common knowledge in this line of work and the fact that it’s apparently not is both a travesty and a complete mockery of the public you service.

We had to put the big baby down and they were so compassionate and warm and comforting. Thank you so much for all you did for my family and the sad time. Call Maverick.

Katelyn and Katie were super nice, as was the doctor and the folks who work the desk! Whole staff seems caring and competent. We took our cat in and they checked him out. He's going to be fine. They didn't try to upsell us things we didn't need and their rates were very good. I'm very happy with my service and the care my cat got. Next time I have to go to the vet they are top of my list!

Went to Northmoor for a yearly checkup for my 4 yr old cat for first time. Received yearly shots & evaluated her weight with diet change past year. Health is satisfactory after discussing some concerns. Loved the staff...very polite and caring. Went by a couple of weeks before and met Cat mascot of office. Great place for Cats!?
