I own a business in Moore and WILL NOT recommend. Angela has spoken so rude to me for years. I will not return. I checked in, said I'd been there for the 11th time. Says 10th time, 15$ off. She questioned if I had REALLY been there that many times, very rude. I've been coming here for years in case your memory isn't good, Angela. Just have not come by in a while because Salina isn't there and she didn't hurt my feet or give me a hang nail because she was actually experienced.
Ripped me off. Said 35 to 45 on phone. Charged me 60$
Flat out lying scammers. Idk the charge but she has 2 RhineStone stickers on. Liars.
The last 2 technicians were so bad prior to Salina, i dont think they even have a license. Be careful. Word of mouth in business will make or break you. Told its 45$ on phone. Check out its 60$. The lady who did my daughter nails mercifully and honestly gave me 15$ off. She didn't question me like Angela who is horribly rude. Maybe her boss is terrible to her. Idk. But she needs to work on herself. I never talk to my customer that way. I will only recommend LOVE salon or Namaste.
Dishonest business.
The nail tech that did my daughters nail for Moore Chamber of commerce dinner (coming up) was very nice. She has a lovely personality. Very calm and very good at her job. We left her a good tip because she deserves it. The place just sucks. Cannot say anything nice. I agree with the review about them talking bad about you. Try GOOGLE translate and you may find them saying lot of BAD STUFF! One review says that they said a lady was fat!! God knows what they say about me!

Will not be returning. I went for a soak off and new full set. I had to insist on a soak off because the tech started trying to pry them off with no lifting edges which hurt!! Once the old set were off, a new set was done. Not only was the full set incredibly sloppy, it was painful!! I was cut twice and I’ve never had a tech file so aggressively. I informed staff I wasn’t happy and a new tech tried to reshape and repaint them. Even after she reshaped them a bit, they are not worth the $70 they charged me. My nails are so sore.
*edit* Nails aren’t same length left and right hand and didn’t even last 2 weeks for a brand new applied set. I’m furious.

I love when they they ladies do my nails ( hand) however I decided to get a pedicure this time it was bad the man who did it cut corners I know what is required to get a 30.00 dollar pedicure and what it includes my feet were not soft he stopped in the middle of doing my pedicure to cut his own finger nails with the nail clippers he used on me the whole time talking back and forth to the other ladies who worked there I will go somewhere else to get a pedicure from now on ....

Nancy did my nails & I'm "very happy" with them.
But the lady next to her wouldn't stop hanging over me. She kept standing behind me before she had a customer. Creeper me out. Tested the polish I chose,
After she finished removing the acrylic nails from her customer, she sat in the chair next to me & put her naked foot on me, my leg & maybe my coat. I didn't look, I stayed watching Nancy working on my nails.

I wanted to give a 5 star but my last 2 experiences just weren’t amazing like I wanted them to be. I get my nails done quite often here I show the picture of what I want I’m big on designs (not even hard ones) I just don’t understand if you don’t think you can do it or you can’t, ask me if I’d like something else or have someone else do the design. I got charged $80 for my nails when the shapes are completely different on both hands (which I did tell her about but she ignored) and the designs weren’t at all like pictures and not even neat you can’t even tell what 2 of them are they look like big blobs. my nails severely hurt as she was rough I’m honestly overall disappointed cause I’m a regular customer.

Appreciate how promptly the staff get me in for services. Think it's best to schedule appointments since walk-ins take a back seat to those who have scheduled. They have an array of services so one could easily make it a spa day there.
