So...the issue is having to call every discount tire in the area to see if that individual location has a specific tire....a nicer option would be calling one discount tire and if that individual location does not have the tire, then whomever I'm talking to should be able to check all locations. But in this high-tech day and age, that is apparently not an option...so this review is for all discount tire locations

This was my first time at discount tire and it won't be my last time. Their customer service is amazing. They quickly resolved an issue with my tires and had me in and out very quickly. Their shop has a nice waiting room and it doesn't smell like tires! I have no hesitations recommending this location. All around good job! ?

Talk about amazing service. I had shopped around for new tires and Discount tire was the best price, but I never expected to be blown away by the professionalism. They called me as soon as my tires came in and offered to move my appointment up. When I dropped off and picked up my car Michael helped me out and he was so nice. I will definitely always use this Discount tire in the future.

Not only did they help me figure out I could get a new tire thru warranty and my dealership, they also put my spare on for free. As soon as I need new tires, I’ll be coming here.

I had an appointment and was going to be late. I called, they were courteous and said thank you for letting us know, we'll see you when you get here! I arrived and went in and was seen right away. As I was waiting, they informed me something was wrong with a piece of machinery they had(my tires were bigger) so they loaded them up and took them down the street to the nearest Discount. The manager told me this and offered to buy me lunch for having to wait. I politely declined and said I'd just eaten but thank you for letting me know, stuff happens. Yes, I waited a little longer than originally anticipated but the reception, care and finished product was well worth it. Based on my experience today, I'd definitely suggest them and I'll be returning again!!!

I don’t think I’ve had a bad experience at a discount tire honestly. But this location is the one I choose to go to over and over for any tire needs. They are quick, great to deal with and do excellent work.

Man, this morning, woke up to a flat tire. Oklahoma never fails me with the potholes. I immediately called Discount Tires and was informed the tires for my brand new BMW were not in stock, however, Caleb went above and beyond and physically looked at the inventory in hand & found 1 tire that was previously bought for a client and never replace it. Not also he saved me time, but manage to get my tire replaced within minutes. Now that’s what I call SUPERB customer service! This place goes out of the way to provide the best customer service you can get! I highly recommend it. Fantastic job CALEB!!!

First time going to this Discount Tire. I’ve had great experiences at all of the ones I’ve been to. This one is no different. They provided terrific customer service and were pretty quick with changing out my tires ( I ordered online and had an appointment). Considering they were quite busy. I was happy with the speed of the service. I encountered three employees and all were very friendly and helpful. It may not mean much to some, however, I don’t frequent or shop at businesses with employees that appear to be very dissatisfied with being there. They were attentive and helpful. I’ll go here for all my tire needs.
