The tall white guy with a scruffy beard told me that he had someone call in so he won't fill my 6 yr old prescription but they are open until 9pm but I should hurry and find a pharmacy since the meds are important. But he won't help me yall honestly are irritating and unprofessional.

Rude, inattentive and lazy pharmacy technician. Pharmacist had to assist us and continually apologized for the serious mistakes and interaction by the tech.

Without my knowledge or consent, my EpiPen prescription was dispensed as an off brand multi-step injector. I now carry an expired EpiPen instead of the multi-step auto injector because an expired epi is a better option than the multi step unit. My life is worth more than the $65 out of pocket cost differential! Shame on you for not allowing me to choose!
