I’ve been in Moore for about 2ish years now, and used to love coming here. At some point (I think) they changed ownership/management and with that changed their business practices. I’m all for customer service, but when the new chick is forcing over the top service to their employees, I started going to Moore Liquor a lot more. At Moore Liquor, they are very nice, they also can read the room if you had a long day and don’t feel like talking, their prices always match the tag and are definitely cheaper than the surrounding areas. Pro Tip- You don’t have to flirt your heart out to be good at customer service.

Every experience I have had at this store has been positive until this afternoon. A bottle of rum I was going to purchase had the incorrect price below it on the shelf, when I pointed it out, the young woman behind the counter chose to be rude instead of just apologizing for the mistake.
