I love taking my girls ( Maltese and a Havanaese) here. At other groomers, my pups would be more clingy and anxious after picking them up. Once we switched to Central Bark, my pups are far less traumatized. Plus their haircuts and nails are always done well. AND I get both of them back within a few hours and they are not in a cage, rather a playpen where they can be seen. I always feel comfortable leaving them and know they are going to be taken care of. Highly recommended.

These guys WERE great, until I called two days in a row, left a message and got no call back. Ironically, it was this same lack of a call back from our original dog groomer that made us seek out another groomer in the first place.I get the COVID has messed things up tremendously, but not calling back? That's basic business 101!

Great groomer. Not very dependable. I have called and left my number many times to reschedule an appointment that Melissa canceled almost three weeks ago with no reply!If she doesn’t want to groom my girls she needs just tell me. Btw I had a standing appointment every 5 weeks, it’s not like I only come every once in a while!!

This place is a joke. Your website states that you need to see the dog to give a price. I bring the dog to you and you tell me to go to another place because you’re booked. I didn’t mind waiting to get a spot in for a bath, seems like you just want to pick and choose who you want to service. The owner was also very rude.

This was my first experience with a groomer. Customer service was great. My only concern was that I dropped off my 2 dogs around 9am and did not get them back until 4 or 5pm.
