I am the owner of a mid-size apartment complex in Norman that experienced substantial property damage from a hail & wind storm. Unfortunately, I had numerous problems dealing with my commercial property insurance company. So I retained Brown O'Haver to help. Alice and her staff dealt directly with the insurance company on my behalf. She and her team were very professional, more than competent and truly lifesavers. I recommend her without hesitation.

After 1.5 years, one other public adjuster and multiple calls and e-mails with our insurance company, OUR CLAIM WAS PAID! We had a water claim that was repeatedly denied for months. I reached out to Brown O’haver because of a referra and I am so thankful that I did! From day one, Alice and Kiarah communicated so well with us and always followed up in a timely manner. They truly devoted their full time and effort to us even though our claim was relatively small for the insurance world. I cannot recommend them enough!

After my house fire, i was totally confused about how to deal with the insurance company and handle my claim. I felt very overwhelmed. Happily, my research led me to the wonderful folks at Brown O’Haver. The major question in my mind was, “Will they help me get enough additional money from the insurance to cover their 10% fee?” The answer is definitely YES.They explained that, in order to get reimbursed for contents damaged in a fire, you have to submit an itemized list of every item lost. This just seemed like an impossibly daunting task to me. The insurance company sent me a one-page form to fill out, with space to list 12 items. If I had done this myself, I probably would have listed all of the highest-value items i could think of, and let the rest slide. Not Brown-O’Haver! They sent a two-person team to my house. They spent two entire days, in the dead of winter, with no heat or electricity, examining every single item in my house. They produced a 250-page spreadsheet, with over 3,000 individual item listed and valued.We are not a particularly high-end family. Why pay retail when there are such good deals on eBay, Facebook Marketplace or at thrift stores? Yet Brown O’Haver got the insurance company to pay $98,000 for the contents of our house. I NEVER would have been able to get anywhere near that on my own.In dealing with my fire claim, I was at an immense disadvantage. The insurance company had handled thousands of claims, while I had done none. Putting Brown-O’Haver on my team really leveled the playing field. They simplified my life dramatically, and got me more than enough money to justify their fee. I was so appreciative that I actually chose to pay them extra.

I cannot give enough praise to the team at Brown O'Haven. I was referred by a previous client of theirs and they did not disappoint. From Michael going through and counting all my things to Jessica making sure that every last detail was being taken care of, they never let me down. As I watched my house burn I was overwhelmed, but Jessica made it almost painless. :)

Well I lost my home to a fire an I had no clue what to do!!! A friend told me about Brown O'Haver and WOW they came in took care of me!!! They worked with the insurance company so I didn't have to and got me what I deserved!!!!!!I recommend everyone to use Brown O'Haver they are amazing!!!!!
