Kind of disappointed with my visit today. Went in looking for a small lego set, and the first guy that a talked to just pointed across the store to the area. No big deal. I walking around looking for the set for 15 min and nobody even looked interested in helping. I went to the front desk and a guy was willing to help me look but then was told by someone he needed to go back to the desk even though he was helping me. After about 20 min i finally got someone else to help and he went and looked in the back and was unable to find it. Over all the visit was ok but not what I'm used to from best buy.

Love best buy, hate the geek squad. Bought a home theater and big TV, paid the geek squad to come out and install it. Audio hasn't worked right from the install. Called to let them know the issue but they want to charge me to come out and fix what they left undone. I'll hire another co to install from now on.

This guy Roger F refused my return for a camera that I picked from the same store same day few minutes ago denying saying why I have returned other cameras in the past. He needed to adhere to Bestbuy’s policy that clearly says return in 60 days for members and said I refuse because I don’t like you returning other cameras.If the store manager reading this review must take serious action against this guy and fire him immediately. I will also report this guy to as higher up in bestbuy chain as possible. It seems he is racist discriminated me on racial grounds.

I was shocked how empty the shelves were. We did find a computer, but we're there 20 minutes or longer before someone helped us. They are having great deals, black Friday deals. I had to educate the sales person about Samsung products. They do offer really good warranty or repair services that will cover all your devices. I really hope they bounce back to life. Best Buy has always been my go to for computers , tvs and all the gagets.

I am deleting my original review and giving a brief overview of my experience. The short part of it is if you have a problem, go to the store and speak to a manager first before spending weeks on the phone. Thank you to Mr. Epperson at this store for fixing my problem.Taking 2 stars off for the experience I have had with the Total Tech people and my refrigerator. Repairman came out 2 different times to fix the craft ice maker, the second time they broke my refrigerator and left me with a paper weight. A couple of days later I find out and have to throw out all the food and I am left with a moldy stinky dead refrigerator. I heard the repairman was fired. I was told they would fix the fridge but the stinky moldy part was up to me to fix and not there problem even though they caused it. This was unacceptable to me since they caused the problem, they need to fix it completely. It was 12 days arguing with people on the phone and not being able to get a supervisor of that department to call me to discuss, and 12 days without a fridge living out of ice chests. The 12th day I went to a store to talk to a manager and he solved my problem in 5 minutes. Immediately after that John Levitt finally called me back and said he had been on PTO for the last 14 days and that is why no one called me back. Worst excuse I have ever heard and convenient to call within minutes of the problem being solved by the local Best Buy manager. New refrigerator is not supposed to come until the 4th (23 days without a refrigerator) but they are working on moving that day up. I want to thank the manager of the store for helping me and say they should get a new repair group for the Total Tech.Last bit of info, the repair group kept trying to charge me $100 they did say is now waived. Looking at the contract that should not happen until after the manufacturers warranty, and after 2 claims on the refrigerator per year. Keep that in mind if they try to charge you and double check your Total Tech contract. Looking at my contract I don't believe they had any reason to try and charge the $100 fee.

Purchased open box was very dirty inside and out. Speakers look new though. Price was fantastic and shipped to my door quickly at no cost. Yeah

I went for another hdmi to cat 5 adapter. They weren't sure they carried them . I told them I just bought one not too long ago. They were lost, couldn't even find one on their website. I got two from Amazon the next day for the same price I paid for one at Best Buy.
