I had scheduled an installation with the store back in April to have a radio and a back up camera installed on my truck. When I came in for my appointment, I was told that they no longer had installers anymore working at their store and that they had canceled my appointment and canceled my purchase without contacting me and that they're only other option was to send me to a store 45 minutes away to have the installation done. To add onto the issue, I was still paying on my Best Buy credit card for transactions that they had not refunded such as the labor and other parts that they had sent to my house rather than having them in Store. The only reason they're getting the second star is because when I brought the issue up to them, they immediately took care of it and refunded me and credited me the money for stuff that I have I had already paid for on the card. I'm very disappointed with this situation, I've been a Best Buy shopper for years and spent a lot of money with their company, and they have usually taken care of me without issue, all that needed to be done was to make a phone call to me and explain the situation and this could've been handled a lot better than what it was.

Not sure if am spelling it right but all I can say is that Ashanti was absolutely incredible helped me and my husband so much we weren’t able to pick up our fridge and he did everything in his power to get our fridge to us same week I can’t thank him enough also jimmy and Preston you guys all rock Gos bless you all am so excited and all thanks to you guys ?
Update: went back to get another fridge a little better quality and Kaden wonderful young man and once again Preston as always so amazing there were absolutely incredible all the staff there was just perfect perfection God bless you all ??

Guy checking me out was very pushy about adding on additional items. I had to tell them no that I only wanted the item that I brought to checkout 10+ times.

Professional and quick. Had to order what i wanted but i got exactly what i wanted. Showed up quicker than they stated, and loaded it up quick and hassle free.

just come here to return a m3 max laptop that is still on order for next week and the person that claim himself say my account is flagged and I would not able to return and I have to call the best buy numbers to get it fix. They all give me a cold face without any extra effort of care. two completely different face and attitude, i made alot of purchase past years include samsung pod pro 2 and punchs of expensive items without returning. i ask them to show me which item that i have return and he said he can't do it. this is ridiculous i will no longer go back to best buy especially this store ever.
