Place apparently is booked 2-3 days in advance. If you are broke down and need immediate assistance go someplace else.
Edit after standard reaponse:
Apparently, my vehicle breaking down and waiting 3-4 days makes me difficult because it is on "my schedule". My crystal ball was inactive, or I would have set an appointment.
Like I said, if your vehicle needs unscheduled repairs, take your business elsewhere. They think it is normal to be without a vehicle for 3-4 days.
The "small family owned business" apparently cannot handle alternators and getting a vehicle repaired in a day or two.
Unfortunately, this event is the reason now why dealership service centers are more reliable.
I would not have treated a dog the way I was treated.

Professional...as usual
I can always count on being treated well when I visit Beneficial. And I am repeatedly impressed with the level of knowledge I encounter. The most important thing about Beneficial is their honesty. It's nice to know that I'm being told the truth, especially about things that I sometimes don't understand. :)

I appreciated the clear description of the issue. They didn't use a bunch of car jargon I couldn't understand and gave clear explanations on what should be done and what could wait. They didn't make me feel like my car was going to blow up if I didn’t get all the services at once. This is now my go-to auto mechanic.

Absolutely great customer service, got my car in without an appointment. Just a drop off, had it back to me the very next late morning for a whole headlight assembly replacement on a Cadillac. Incredibly reasonable price. Paid half what I would’ve paid at the dealership. And I just can’t express enough how friendly everybody was.

First time using this shop. Thought I had an expensive oil leak that would ultimately make me buy another vehicle. Mechanic told me it was just residual oil from a recent oil change and there was nothing that needed repaired. What a relief!! They didn't try to sell me work that didn't need done. Was so appreciative of their honesty and won't hesitate to use them again...for oil changes as well!!

Had a friend refer this shop to me after another shop changed my upper oil pan gasket but it was still leaking. When I called I the technician Instantly new what happened and said to schedule a time when he himself could work on it. I waited a week took it in and 2 days later picked it up with no issues. I will be using them from now on and highly Recommend them.
