if i could give them zero stars i would. they will rent you a unit that has THEIR lock on it. when you try calling them, they tell you all the unlocked units are rented out, but they’re all open and nothing in them. give you the run around constantly. there is no onsite management. this is a complete scam, they’re only offering units that have locks and have no way of getting the locks off. they’re cheap for a reason, you can’t use the unit you rent. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM AT ALL. ‘ corporate ‘ is in a different state and you’ll only get foreigners who won’t help you on the phone.

This used to be a great place. Since the original owner sold it, things have fallen apart. Now their customer service is terrible. They have added more units but during that process I could not get to my unit and things were stolen. Not saying the workers did that, just saying it happened. We have been there since it opened but I hope to be gone by the end of the month. Also they will charge you different amounts and will never explain why. Find another place to go.
