Auto Zone is the best. The staff always makes the difference when you just wants your car to go. They find the right part, normally on hand. We have a choice to get things you have to order quickly at the store or home. They make it easy and when you leave, you feel much better than you did when you walked in t h e door! I love the staff!

I recently shopped here. Casey helped me. He was able to tell me what part in my car was messed up and needed changing and showed me how to do this and where the part was. Unfortunately what they did not know was the part needed to be a Nissan specific part from the dealership, and therefore the part I was sold was just a universal one that was faulty in my vehicle, which luckily Autozone did allow me to return a week later. Casey was very nice nonetheless.

Bryce B was incredibly nice. It was super cold outside and managed to help me replace my headlight bulb until it was correctly placed although it was a pain.

The 2 young workers that were working the evening shift the day after Thanksgiving were beyond helpful and went above and beyond to assist. I bought 2 headlights for my truck and they offered to install them for me - it was 42 degrees outside. They did an amazing job, quick and efficient. Would for sure do business there again.

The night before Thanksgiving I realized I had a headlight out. I immediately began calling places nearby to see if I could find any business near me who had a light that matched my vehicle in stock.To be honest, I called a competing business that I had preferred as my father always urged me to go there for quick car parts/tools. I had the worst experience during that phone call during my search for a headlight. Thankfully, on the way to this specific business, I had to pass this Autozone store.When I walked in, I saw two men at the counter who greeted me quickly with smiles. I began to ask what I was looking for but before I knew it, I was crying. I was so upset and shaken from the terrible phone call I had that I immediately expressed emotions without realizing. I quickly explained to the two men what had happened and that nothing they had done caused me to be upset.Before I realized it, they were quickly apologizing for my terrible encounter and explaining that they would have never treated me or anyone else that way. They moved quickly to help.Bryce B.- not only did he go out of his way to come check out my vehicle to make sure he was getting me the right headlights, he walked me back inside to educate me on selecting the best light for me and even expressed which he would like his wife, girlfriend, mother, or anyone near to him, the light he’d like for them to have on their cars. He even went the extra mile to ask if I drove at certain time or in certain areas to make sure I really had the best.After checking out, he walked me back outside to replace one headlight and then took the time to show me how to do the other so that I would never be in a situation that I wouldn’t be able to do it on my own if needed.I truly can’t express enough how thankful I am that I lucked out on stopping at this location. And that I was treated with the utmost kindness, patience and respect.Needless to say, I told my dad about what happened and he said we may need to make that store our top choice from here on out. And you know what- because of Bryce, I’ll be sure to be back!

Autozone, and this location in particular, are the best!My 6 month old battery failed randomly, so I came in, got a new one replaced under warranty (free or charge), with no hassle!The technician Brice was awesome, very nice dude. He installed the replacement battery within 6 minutes. Can’t ask for better customer service and a hassle free replacement! Cheers Autozone!
